Cali's POV

"Come on Sister, I'll help you stand up so you can get used to it quickly." Josh said.

I extended my hand to him and he lifted me up. My eyes were closed because of the dizziness I felt. But when my foot was on the floor, he didn't let me go, he supported me first. Because I feel like I'm going to collapse right away.

Josh is so adorably awesome. Dahil he is flirting with my sister, its just amazing that he is the one who mostly takes care of me. He always came here early at the Hospital to accompany Viviane and me. He'll leave again to buy something for us to eat. He never let us go hungry.

Kaya tuwang tuwa sa batang ito si Sandro. May itsura na nga daw (pero mas pogi parin daw siya) ay mabait pa ito (mabait din naman daw siya). Halatang hindi daw nito babalakin na saktan ang bunso namin (wala rin naman daw siyang balak saktan ako). At mahal na mahal daw nito ang kapatid ko ng buong puso (shempre katulad at lamang pa ang pagmamahal niya sa akin."

"There you go, you don't look like a cripple anymore sister. You still know how to stand. Surprisingly." Josh laughed at me.

I hit him on the arm. "Okay, Josh, sige ganyanin mo ako. Maybe you're forgetting that the one you're flirting with is my sister. Manliligaw ka niya, ate ako."

"Ate Cali, hindi naman ito mabiro oh." He said while scratching the back of his neck.

"Do you want to go for a walk sister?" Viviane asked, fixing my things.

I thought about it. Can I do it?

"Did the doctor say it's okay?" I asked him back.

"Why! Of course that's possible. You're not lame or have a broken leg for them to stop you." Viviane said.

Josh laughed at him. "No sense, Vi, nonsense."

Viviane just rolled her eyes in him and say. "Edi ikaw na magaling, matalino, at lahat lahat."

"Alright, I'll walk later, join me Josh, pwede ba?" I told him.

"Did you hear that? Your sister prefers me with you. She is turning deaf because of you. Napaka daldal mo kasi, daig mo pa ang ingay ng tambutcho ng mustang ko." Josh teased Viviane with his tongue sticking out.

Inirapan niya lang nanaman ito.

"Saan mo ba gusto maglakad papunta ate?" Tanong ni Josh sa akin.

Inaya ko na siyang maglakad lakad dito ss ospital.

"I- hindi ko din alam."

"Huh? Lilibutin lang natin ang buong ospital na ito?" Natatawa niya tanong sa akin.

"Parang ganon na nga." Napakamot ako sa batok ko.

He chuckle. "Why don't you just ask me where kuya Sandro's room is?"

Nagulat ako sa tanong niya kaya siya ay tinignan ko. "What are you talking about?"

"You are not a good liar. Alam ko namang si Kuya Sandro ang gusto mong puntahan. Kaya nga diba ako ang pinasama at hindi si Viviane?" Sabi nito sakin, at ngumiti siya

"Ofcourse not." Iniba ko ang direksyon ng tingin ko.

Tumawa siya. "Come on ate, this way." Hinila niya ako papunta sa kasalungat na daan ng tinatahak namin.

Napaka bilis naman nitong maglalad. "Okay okay, no need to walk fast. Masakit kaya sa paa, josh."

"Sorry." Sabi nito.
