Twelve : Dad Talks

Cali's POV

"Hoy ikaw maria calista!" sigaw saakin ni rana.

I was driving while si ashly by my side. And the other two at the back. I was about to look at her pero naalala ko nagdadrive ako and delikado so i just hummed.

"Hum.. hum ka jan.. Bakit hindi mo man lang sinabi saamin na may kaibigan ka palang hottie papi ha." Reklamo naman niya.

"Bakit naman kailangan niyo pang malaman yun? And besides hindi niyo siya kilala?" Nagtataka kong tanong.

"Kailangan ba na kilala namin siya?" Ashly asked

I sighed before letting out a chuckle "Really? You guys dont know him?" They just stared at me.

Waiting for me to spill out the news, tea, or whatever you want to describe it. "He's Tita Risa Hontiveros'es son. Luis Hontiveros." Then their jaws dropped again for maybe the fifth time today.

"Ay halaa siya ba anak ni senadora?!" gulat na tanong ulit ni rana. And i just nod my head while supressing my laughs. "Ang hottue oh my ghadd!"

"Why didnt you tell us know earlier nung kaharap pa namin siya?" Sophia said

"Ewan ko ba sa inyo" sabay irap ko.

"Imfernes mukhang bet ka din niya noh." sabi ni ashly..

"May pa 'i wanted to call cali mine one day' pa si papi eehh nohh" gaya ni Rana sa sabi ni Luis kanina.

"He was clearly joking you guys" sambit ko naman.

"Its definately not a joke cali. Are your ears okay? Or maybe are you blind?" Ashly joking asked me. And punching my shoulders lightly since katabi ko nalang naman siya.

"Anyways do you got other boys on your sleeves that you wanted to share with us naman, maria calista?" Tanong na pasarkastiko pa ni rana. Etong babaeng to talaga. Sabagay walang nagtatagal sa kanya kase sobrang kalog. "Hindi porket kaunahang anak ka ng susunod na magiging presidente ng republika ng pilipinas eh hindi kana nagsheshare saamin ng blessings mo noh. Wag ka" And she added.

I chuckled on what she said "I have some other boy bestfriends. But i dont think bet nila kayo." I stopped and they are shocked or hurt on what i said. But i know they know that i was just joking. "They like good girls, intellegent, and a little bit of a party girl para medjo wild."

"Ayy grabe siya ohh. Porket mga high class na yung mga nagkakagusto sayo ganyan ka na. Omg Cali you changed na talaga. Tao din naman kame bat walang nalapit na pogi samin? We are good girls naman, beautiful din, surely intellegent, tsaka wild din naman kame diba? Magaling naman din kami sa se--" Apaka daldal talaga nitong si rana eh.

"Shuushhh dont you dare continue." Sabi ng banal na si ashly.

"Sanaol banal." Singit ni rana.

"Hoy dont include us ni ashly. We are not like you. Sayo lang walang nalapit. Baka natatakot sa bunganga mo." sabi ni sophia. Which made rana roll her eye balls.

My friends are truly, definately, surely, and a 100% crazy... Lord help me...

I got home an hour ago. The girls went home even though the sun isnt setting yet. They have plans with their familys and other friends. Im now on my room just reading when i heared dad and mom downstairs. They must got home just now. I ignored them and continue my reading. I tried but someone knocked on my door.

"Come in."

The door open widely and reveals dad's PA, Angelica. "Ma'am Cali pinapababa po kayo ng parents niyo sa baba" she said and smiled at me. She is twenty nine years old. That means shes older than me. Pero she still single kase siya daw ang nagpapaaral sa mga kapatid kaya walang oras para mangmingle.
