The hopeless teen released a faint smile after the conversation with the boy who she didn't know that will appear in her life unexpectedly. Who would've thought that someone like Ryu Smith, a boy who almost made her high school life miserable by just a simple cup of coffee, can tame her wild little heart? Even if she denies it, her smile cannot disguise the fact that she is already appended to this boy.

"Someone already captured your attention?" she looked into her left and saw Grandma Helga grinning at her. They're still at the lobby of Dr. Ackford's clinic, waiting for the specific doctor.

"Maybe? Maybe not?"

The old woman just shook her head and continue reading the magazine they saw. "Well if you say so, sino si Ryu?"

Nanlaki ang mata ng dalaga nang marinig na lumabas ang pangalan ng lalaki mula sa bibig ng matanda. Not expecting for the grandma to know the boy's identity, her mind became clouded.

"Brielle and I talked about it. Your cousin said that this boy has been hitting up on you and you, on the other hand, letting him. What was the reason, Aria Skye?"

"Brielle can actually talk with you now?" the young girl asked, trying to avoid the topic about her. Grandma Helga let it go since she won't gain anything from Aria.

"You know grandma, they are my ideal couple," she unexpectedly said and the grandma made sure that she heard it right. The girl just nodded her head.

"Then we both have the same eyes. They're also the type of couple that I want to see every day. Why? It's because I can see me and Valentino in them. I remember those times when I smile at the simple things that Valentino is doing. The same with Brielle and Eliezer. They're like two colliding stars that make for a spectacular nighttime view."

"Well that's rare," Aria chuckled knowing what the old lady is pointing out. It's indeed rare. The moment, the love.

"If you are destiny, are you going to play with them and let those two stars meet again?"

Ms. Helga Ellington gave her a smile. "Even if I'm not destiny, I'll still make sure that they'll meet again. They need proper closure and proper healing... proper timing for love."

"Stop making us flatter, Doctor Ackford. Aria here is still not used to your compliments," Aria just smiled at the both of them and sat at the chair on the left side. Umupo naman sa harap nito ang kasamang matanda na kausap pa rin ang doktor. While they are catching up, Aria looked at her phone when a notification popped up. She bit her lower lip to prevent herself from breaking out in a smile.

A message from the boy.

Isang litrarto ni Ryu Smith na may kasamang mensaheng "Take a deep breath and be positive. C u."

"Okay, shall we start? Are you experiencing new symptoms?" tumango si Aria rito.

"The symptoms are still the same, doc. Dry coughs, chest pains, and having difficulty swallowing. Well except for my intense weight loss. I lost almost five kilograms this week."

"Hindi halata."

"Grandma, I'm 40 kilograms before."

"It's so sudden so maybe it's not that obvious," the doctor said.

Inabot ng ilang minuto ang check-up ng dalaga dahil pupunta naman siya sa hospital para makakuha ng test sa kaniya.

The grandmother and the granddaughter went to the hospital that is 20 minutes away from the clinic. They did some tests and waited for 3o minutes for the results.

She's nervous for some unknown reasons but all she knows is that her simple illness has become different now. She's expecting for the worst because it's the possibility.
