Mistakes

   "Y/n,  I'm sorry! I never meant to do that.."

"I-I'll be out in a few" Your hands shake as you rummage through the medicine cabinet. You and your boyfriend have just gotten in a fight, and by mistake he burned your arm. You don't blame him for it, and you were not mad at him for it, it wasn't his fault after all, and now he was apologizing profusely outside of the bathroom door. 

You ran cold water over the burn, still looking for some bandages, it sounded as if he walked away from the door, you hoped he wouldn't do anything stupid out of guilt. Not that long after you heard the door open slowly and you saw his arm stick through the door, a roll of white bandaging in hand. Your lips curved up slightly into a smile and took your arm from the icy water, shutting off the faucet. You opened the door slowly, revealing your boyfriend at the other side, his face looked increadably saddened and guilty. 

"I..had some extra in my room." 

"It's not your fault." You tell him, taking the roll of bandages.

"It was..I'm not better than my shit father" He says, starting to walk away.

You quickly set the roll down and grab his arm, in turn he stiffens up and stops moving. 

"Your nothing like him, he does it on purpose, you didn't, it was my fault that I got you so pissed off anyway." He scoffs.

"Great, now you think it's your fault." His voice was breaking slightly. You ignored him and hugged him. He didn't move, it's like he was afraid to. You rest your head on his back as he stays still, none of you saying a word.

"I want you to understand that this isn't your fault ok? I'm not mad at you in any way."

"You should be"

You turn him around and hold his chin, making him look down at you.

"Touya, it was a mistake, mistakes happen ok? I want you to understand it was not your fault ok? I'm not mad, I'm not scared, and I don't think of you any less that I did yesterday. Touya, I love you." 

He stays silent, a tear pricking in his eye. 

"I, love you too..an I promise to you Y/n, I will never ever hurt you again." 

He hugs you tightly, resting his head on yours, playing a few kisses on your forehead. 

"I know you won't touya, I know."
