"Hey, are you free after school today?"

Teru ran up to his dear friend and she had barely time to turn around before he almost crashed into her.

"Wah! What's gotten you so spirited today?" she placed a hand over her heart.

"I just realized something." he smiled happily. "Something I'd rather talk about alone."

"Hmm? Sure, but is there any way you could tell me now instead of later?"

"I have come to the conclusion that..." he pointed at her. "You have a crush!"

"W-w-w-what?!" (Y/N) blushed bright red. "Wh-what in the sides made you think that!"

"Because you keep spacing out lately, and every time you come back you blush. Yes, there's no other way."

"I-I mean I want to hang out with you, but I really don't know if you're gonna get anywhere in that question..." she pouted and looked away.

"Aw, you're not even denying it."

"I-I'm denying it, alright! Who would I fall for? Name one suitable person!" he sighed.

"That's why I want to hang out with you, I'm gonna collect clues on who you like!"

"... so basically, you have no idea and hoped I would just tell you if you asked me nicely?" he nodded with a flowery wibe around him. "Yeah, no."

"No? But what if I give you details about my crush?"

"I'm in!" she made a victorious pose and Teru snickered a little.

"So, it's finally time to start." Teru looked serious when (Y/N) entered the rooftop. She laughed a little.

"What's with that serious vibe?"

"It's really important to know your friend's crush, no? Doesn't all friends gossip about who they think look good? That's what I've heard at least."

"You poor lonely boy... mostly, girls gossip about boys they think is handsome, and the only reason you've heard of the gossip is that every time girl friends walk past you they start gossiping about your "good looks"." she was ironic, however, Teru then started blushing slightly. "Oh~, thinking 'bout your crush gossiping about you?" she teased.

"She would never." he cleared his throat and patted beside him for Tomo to sit down there.

"First thing first." he looked into her (e/c) orbs. "What's the gender of your crush?"

"Easy, it's a boy."

"Heh, you didn't deny it."

"N-no need to deny it if I'm going to get clues about your crush!"

"Alright, but no obvious questions, okay?"

"Have to say the same. My turn! The thing you like the most about her."

"That's a hard one... I mean I love her voice, looks, smile, laugh-"

"Okay okay, I get it lover boy, you have completely fallen for her, don't make me jealous when you two cuddle and I'm the third wheel!"

"Doubt that will happen, you'll never be a third wheel, promise." he smiled. "Then what's your favorite thing about him?"

"I mean... ugh, get it when you say it's hard... I love his kindness and how he cares about his friends deeply."

"Aww, how cute."

"Oh shush you!" she smacked him playfully on his head. "Now tell me a special thing about this person others might not like."

"Let's see... others mark on her height a lot, but I think it's a perfect height."

A tall or short girl, huh? With a pretty voice and pretty smile..."

"Do your crush have a specific thing others mark?"

"I mean, nobody really marks about him badly... might be about how oblivious he is, and I gotta say, he sure is... the people who likes him hates how he can't see it."'

"You included?"

"Pretty sure I'm not like that to him and that I have no chance." she shrugged. "Do you know your crush's favorite hobby?"

"I would guess singing, but I'm not hundred..."

Well, he said she had a beautiful voice...

"And hobby for your crush?"

"That's a hard one... I think spending time with those he like...? I'm not that sure though..."

"Can I ask a question?"

"Go on."

"Do you know their favorite food." (Y/N) nodded rapidly.

"Sweet potato!" he laughed at her enthusiasm.

"I get him! It's super delicious..."

"Then what about her?"

"Well, that's hard. I see her eat anything, really."

"Ew, anything?"

"Any food, dumbass." he sighed. "But... maybe the bento she makes?"

"Oh she sounds sweet... good voice, cooks, pretty smile..." Tomo sighed dreamily. "I can totally see it. Now, is there something unusual your crush likes?"

"Well, she is weirdly into ghosts and supernaturals."

"Do you have any right to say that though?"

"H-hey! I mean, probably not but... anything weird with your crush?"

"He loves to watch lightning... it just scares me..." she trembled at the thought of the bright light.

"Really? But how do you make through storms then?"

"I really don't..."

"Well, we can watch them together someday! I can show you what I like about lightning." she smiled back to the taller boy.

"Thanks, that sounds funnier than acting like a cat on new years eve." he laughed with her. The wind was pleasant and the scenery from above was pretty.

Inside, (Y/N) felt sad now when she had heard how amazing Teru's crush was, but she was happy he was so in love.

God, she called him oblivious? No girl, you're the oblivious one.

Because as the girl looked out from the rooftop her face seemed peaceful, and her friend couldn't help but stare at her pretty face. A small smile on her lips, the one he loved so much.

He was scared of what would happen when she found out who he liked. Would she feel the same? Stop being his friend? Would others be mean to her?

He then noticed for how long he had been looking at her and looked out too fast, trying to hide the red cheeks.

It didn't go unnoticed by (Y/N) however.

Sweet, he must be thinking about his crush. How cute. she smiled. But actually, he thought very different.

She said I sound in love, but she's definitively fallen head over heels for that guy... I hope she still wants to be with me when they start dating. Who would honestly say no to her? He then thought of something that he often would've said is way to stupid, but that didn't stop him now. What if I make her want to not date him? But how? He then smiled quietly for himself.

Yeah.

I could do that.
