"Why is it that I always lack things to do...?"

What is it with this girl and having no schedule? A curse?

We'll never know.

But something weird happened this day, or well, it was about to happen to poor (Y/N).

This is a memory that a few people might never get out of their heads...

"I did hear a rumor about a special ghost who had the ability to change people. Friends noticed that two people seemed to change completely ad even have habits similar to other people around them, just for it all to go away with only those around remembering it. That doesn't seem real, but if it is it's really dangerous... I think it was mostly second and third years who's been through that, so where would only second and third years go... study hall? Do the first years go there? I have to ask Nene-Chan... That's what I'll do! I'm asking Nene-Chan and then I try to figure out where that ghost is!" fur once, (Y/N) has a plan that is really good. She's doing her job. But she didn't have the time to do anything as someone called her name in the empty corridor.

"Hey, Tomo-Chan!" (wait, can I say name when it's actually a nickname she uses more? Ya, gonna go with that.) "What are you doing now?" Teru managed to catch up with the short girl. Aijin had chased him outside he student council when he'd accidentally told her that he didn't like her favorite meme as much as she did. So, he planned on spending his new earned free-time with Tomo.

"Hi Teru-Kun! I'm on my way to find rumors about a ghost. It's the Changing Ghost, heard of it?"

"The ghost who makes people different for a time, but then they forget about it?"

"That one. I thought that it's mostly second and third years who've been through that, and then I thought that I've never really seen first years in the study hall, so I was gonna ask Nene-Chan if anyone in her class ever goes there."

"Can I join in?"

"What? Is that even a question? Always yes." she snickered. She'd be more than happy to spend time with her crush and best friend.

"Then let's begin the mission."

"Mission "Changing Ghost Chase" is ready to start!"

""Changing Ghost Chase"?"

"It's amazing so shush!"

"If you say so..."

" I'm sorry but have you seen Yashiro Nene?"

A petite girl with blue-ish hair looked at (Y/N). She was in Nene's class, and seemed to belong there.

"Nene-Chan? Yes, she's in the garden, tending her vegetables. Does the other first year class need her?"

"What? No, actually, I just need to ask her a question."

"I see. Wait, is Minamoto-San with you?" she looked at the tall boy who most girls knew who it was.

"Yes, Teru-Kun and I am searching for Nene-Chan, if you excuse us, we'll go find her now." (Y/N) left after saying good bye to the girl. That girl was actually Akane Aoi.

"Wait, Nene-Chan? She's a friend of Nene-Chan? And Teru-Kun? Didn't Nene-Chan talk about a second year friend of hers? But she was so short, almost shorter than me..."

They had found a person in the gardens, a little form of a hard working creature in the kitchen garden. Guess who it was?

"Huh? What are you doing here, Tomo-Chan? And with Minamoto-San too?"

Yes, Nene found!

"Hi Nene-Chan, we're looking for you. We are searching for a ghost, but we need you to answer a question first to confirm a theory."

"Why not ask just anyone?"

"That's something I wondered when we met that girl in the classroom." Teru also questioned.

"Actually, I'm just too shy to ask some complete stranger... god, I hope she wasn't one for gossip, if she is then tomorrow rumors will be everywhere. Some short first year spending time with your fans "Minamoto-Senpai" God, that would be so not fun, but I'd might get away just cause I'm short..."

"Wow, she's lost in her mind again."

"I'm back, perfect boy! You are so teasing!" if it wasn't a tick mark beside (Y/N)'s head, I'd say it was a red leaf, but there were none on the trees... "Back to my question, do first years go to the study hall?"

"Study hall? Rarely, no one I know at least."

"Thanks Nene-Chan!"

"Thank you, Yashiro-San."

"No problem. You two go on with your date, I have a garden to tend. Get out of it now please!" Nene chased away two red second years, blushing after the date comment.

"W-well, we can at least go check the study hall..." poor Teru, having to fix the embarrassment as if nothing had happened.

"Y-yeah, let's do that..."

"So this is the place?" the tall boy looked inside the empty study hall. "I get why that ghost isn't all that famous, there's no one here."

"All the better." (Y/N) closed her eyes and focused. "Over there." she then pointed and opened her eyes which now had a focused gleam. Damn, she looked fierce.

They walked closer to a couple of shelves, and they checked it.

"These are all stories about the school..." Tomo checked them all, no need to rush a ghost if it was shy. "Huh?" a book had fallen to the floor while she checked them out. Teru picked it up for her.

""The diaries of the lost"? What kind of book is that? Oh wait, there's a book mark here." Teru opened the page with the book mark on it, I'll read the page for you.

Benkyō Unmei

Up until now I've only told you about the girl's of the Kamome Gakuen fate, but now it's time for the first unfortunate death of a boy.

Long ago, surely before everyone you know came to this world, Kamome Gakuen was a rather peaceful school. But there was the first sad fate of a boy, right after the school had opened. A boy named Benkyō Unmei was studying in the newly opened study hall, when he heard a strange sound. We don't know what the sound was, but the morning after that a teacher found Benkyō hanging from one of the shelves dead. It is clear that Benkyō didn't want to die as he had blood on his fingers and the rope used to hang him was slightly worn out and bloody after he had tried to take away the rope. This was the first male death at Kamome Gakuen, and there will be many more.

The page looked like this, but at the bottom there was something written with red ink.

Please run, I'm scared.

But when (Y/N) looked closer on the ink, she noticed it wasn't ink at all.

It was blood, and a fingerprint right beside the note.

Then the two heard a sound.

Heh~

This is fun!

Sorry again for the late update, there was no wifi in my home.

There will be a part two of this, and I'll try getting it out fast, but I'm not sure if I can make it that fast...

Anyways, hope you enjoyed~!
