(Y/n) stared at the phone in their hands. The device was hot after hours of nonstop use. It seemed to meld itself into the soft flesh of their hand with a scorching heat, but (Y/n) couldn't bring themself to put it down.

Comment after comment on Twitter reflected in their lifeless eyes as they scrolled through. They had been sitting in their gaming chair for about an hour or two now, ready to start a game.

But instead the young teen found themself looking at the harsh words that Twitter directed their way.
