Emma's POV:

"One Direction are in the final!!! Woohoo!!!!!!!" All six of us cheered for ourselves. Yes, you heard it right. We were finally going to perform at the finals. It had been so nerve wrecking, standing one the stage while waiting for the name of your group to be called. And when Louis Walsh finally said 'one direction' in the calmest voice possible, we all freaked out - in a good way. We frolicked around the stage while Harry, Niall and I hugged; Liam, Louis and Zayn joining in afterwards. It was such a special feeling, your talent brought you somewhere, and I was not just another bathroom singer anymore. I'm a finalist now. An X Factor Finalist.

"This week we're going to go home-" Harry started saying but I interrupted him. "-And it's really exciting for us because we get to see all the support we're getting in person." I finished for him. He gave me a glare and I returned it. He was quick to stick his tongue out. Guess Harry is a point ahead of me now...

"I'm taking that window seat!"

"Not so fast, Lou!"

"Shut up, Hazza!"

"It's mine!" Harry argued.

"IT'S MINE!!!" Lou screamed in response. I rubbed my ear and asked Niall to say something really slowly to check if I had gone deaf. Thankfully I hadn't.

"Fine.." Harry mumbled, climbing in next to me. To his distaste, I had a window seat. He grumbled all the way to the TV Studio from where we went live to Ireland since we couldn't go to Niall's house because of bad weather. I felt bad for Nialler because he was the one who was most excited to go home and introduce us to his parents and brother, but unfortunately we couldn't go to Ireland..

From the TV Studio, we went straight to Louis' old school in Doncaster.

"1D! 1D! 1D! 1D!" Was the only chant we heard as we got out of the X Factor car. The drive way was littered with people everywhere and it honestly made me a bit scared because I never had so many people cheering for me at all. It was a bit overwhelming because we thought there wouldn't be so many people out there to see us. We met Lou's old band, called The Rogue in which he was the lead singer. They all were pretty friendly and I think they were all really cool, just like Louis. Lou's parents had shown up too and it was so great to meet them. His siblings, Félicité, Lottie and the cute little toddlers, Phoebe and Daisy were super fun.

"Emma, I love your boots!" I heard a girl shriek and I smiled and did a weird little dance to show off my boots more for her. I loved the outift Louise had picked out for me. A cute plain black jumpsuit paired with leather boots was honestly my new favourite thing thing to wear. It looked so cute!
It looked like I didn't put a lot of effort in dressing up, but still looked presentable. And I love that kind of outfits. My nails had been painted a beautiful matte black and looked truly beautiful. My natural makeup, which consisted of face cream, concealer, lip gloss and a bit of brown eyeshadow, added on to the cute outfit. All of my boys had complimented me on my appearance today and it made me feel a lot more confident.

"Thank you!" I said to the girl who had liked my boots earlier.

We were now ushered into the backstage of a hall in Lou's school, which had all Lou's school mates as audience. We sang Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars because I had influenced the boys into liking Bruno Mars somehow.

After Louis' school, we went to mine and Harry's school in Holmes Chapel. It was so much fun, meeting my friends. I even met Sophia again. The boys were too happy to see Sophia, too. Harry's old band, White Eskimo was there, and they were all really great to talk to, just like The Rogue were. But our conversation with White Eskimo and Sophia was cut short, as we had to perform on the stage in front of our school. Just The Way You Are was back at it again and after we were done, loud cheers and screams parted with us as we fit back into the X Factor car and I very generously gave Harry the window seat this time.
