"Hwaaaaaaang Yejiii!" Ryujin shouted while running across their school.

Yeji was close to the exit of their school, but she stopped when she heard her girlfriend's megaphone-like voice. With her hands in her pockets, Yeji stopped and turned around and she saw Ryujin running like someone's chasing her. She was running so fast she could leave a trail of fire behind her. You can't blame her. She and Yeji didn't talk the entire day because of their schedule.

"Yeeeeji!" Ryujin shouted again with a smile on her face. Her pearly whites were showing, shining and dazzling like pieces of expensive jewelry. Yeji thought that Ryujin's dentist is so lucky, because they get to see the entire jewelry collection Ryujin has in her mouth.

Yeji let out a chuckle. "Slow down!" she said. She didn't want to see Ryujin trip and fall and hit her face, because there's a possibility she might damage her gums or even lose some of her teeth. Yeji didn't want something perfect to get ruined like that.

"Alright!" Ryujin decreased her speed. Her run turned into a jog and she jogged her way to Yeji. As she got closer to Yeji, Ryujin widely opened her arms and greeted Yeji with a hug.

"Why are you so clingy today?" Yeji asked and hugged Ryujin.

Ryujin's heart-shaped eyes both looked at Yeji's snow and pulchritudinous face. "Well, we didn't talk that much today. Plus, you look so cute today and I wanna kiss you!" Ryujin suddenly gave Yeji a peck on the lips that caught Yeji off guard. Looking at the flustered look on Yeji's face, Ryujin giggled like a 5-year old child.

"You're too cute. I love you so much!" Yeji brought her face closer to Ryujin and pecked her plump and cranberry lips.

"I love you too." Ryujin giggled. She held her girlfriend's warm hand. "Let's buy ice cream," she said immediately receiving an ecstatic nod from Yeji.

They've been happy these past few days. After they got back together at the airport, they ate at a restaurant and visited Ryujin's parents and her parents approved of their relationship and they also apologized for the derogatory remarks they made about Yeji. Yeji was happy having her Ryujin back, but she still felt incomplete, because she also wanted her bestfriend back. She's been trying to talk to Chaeryeong, but Chaeryeong was still treating her like she's a specter in a fog.

The two left school and went to the park to buy from the ice cream truck that always go nearby the playground where all the children play and chase each other. While they were holding hands, eating ice cream and enjoying the sunlight and the sound of the joyous laughter of children, Chaeryeong, the person who revealed the hostile acts she did a few days ago, is in her room and lying down.

Chaeryeong was wide awake, eyes staring at the small chandelier she has in her room. Chaeryeong was lying down like a straight line, both hands are resting on her stomach and legs and feet glued to each other. She was resting like she's inside of a coffin. After classes ended, she immediately went home. She didn't even bother saying goodbye to her friends and other classmates. She quickly went outside of their classroom, ran to her bike, and went home, because she couldn't handle the sight of Yeji and Ryujin together.

Listening to the sound of the glass chandelier makes as it slowly swings around, Chaeryeong forced a smile as she got misty-eyed. "I love you, I still do, but I can't do anything. Why not me? Why didn't you pick me?" Chaeryeong asked herself and her tears started falling down. Chaeryeong exhaled and rose up from her bed, sat down and wiped her tears. She looked at the cabinet of medals and awards she has in her room and it made her drive to the memory lane.

Chaeryeong saw her trophies and other awards she received in the past in dance competitions. She remembers how her parents used to pressure her and punish her everytime she's in last place. They would always call her a disappointment. Because of that, Chaeryeong started working harder. She started getting 4th place and even 2nd place in competitions, but it wasn't enough to satisfy her parents. Because of the large boulder put on her back, Chaeryeong developed an intense desire for victory. She always wanted to win. She wanted to be in first place and she also loves Ryujin hence why moving on seems impossible for her.
