read it if: you like mute characters

plot:

Jayden Williams is like any normal girl, except for the fact that she's mute. She doesn't have selective mutism, but she chooses to be mute. Well, sort of. Nine years ago, when Jayden was six, she saw her father commit an unspeakable crime, causing him to threaten the life of her and everyone she loves.

What happens when Jasper Gillman moves in next door? Will she finally open up to him after a decade of therapy? Or will someone get between them?

review:

I’ll make this short and simple. I compare this story to a see-saw because of two things:

-the girl is mute, which is something used in many stories, but the reason behind it is original

-a guy is interested in her, which is expected, but it’s still adorable to see

As you see there are strong prons(pros and cons mixed), but most of the story is a pro: it’s easy to read yet you have to pay attention to understand some stuff and it’s not to extensive or incomplete

note to author:

if you’re reading this, thanks for making this. I’ll be honest, this isn’t in my top 10 of favorite books since I’ve seen my fair share of mute stories, but I’m waiting happily for a update. I don’t have a whole lot to say, so keep writing and take care ;)
