It all started at Cherry Creek's 2004 Jr. Camp when Chance Freestone took Delanee Henderson's hand and embarked on their first summer adventure. Chance wasn't just an ordinary friend; he was Delanee's serenity, joy, and first love. For ten years, their friendship blossomed every summer as they moved from the Jr camp to the Youth, and now they are spending their last year at Cherry Creek's senior camp, reserved for every camper's last year before college- with more freedom, life, and adventure. However, for the past ten years, Delanee had been falling deeper and deeper in love with Chance but, it remained a secret. This is her last year to confess the love she had since the first day she met him, but what will happen when she sees him this final summer? What family secrets will be revealed? But most importantly, how will Delanee find where she belongs in such a chaotic world?

I remember avoiding this book lots of times because it gave me a tragic vibe, but now I regret it

Yes there is drama moments where you want to hit anything\anyone, but aside of that this book is one of the most adorable ones I've seen

The main characters have big chemistry since they're kids, the whole group of friends is a "summer goal", there's lots of feels, frustrations, funny situations and lots of drama like I've already mentioned.

These days it's not so easy to find a connecting book(since like music every crap gets published), but this one did for me, so if you ask me this is worth checking out

if you're reading this, thanks for making this. I will apologize probably lots of times for not giving this book a chance before you requested a review and thank you for showing me a example of "don't judge a book by its cover(or in this case the plot)". Like I previously wrote this book is awesome in many ways, so wether you write for a hobby or want to make a living of it, just keep doing your great work. Keep writing and take care ;)
