A/n: Extra long chapter to make up for the last two short ones?

You awake up short of breath, it feels like someone has a grip on your lugs and is physically limiting their expansion. You're dazed and confused, you don't remember why you woke up in such a panic.

All of them, the sins are knelt down before a roaring crowd their hands are nailed to the expanse of wood in front of them. The crowd cheers but you can see her, from up on a podium, Elizabeth. She's crying and spitting profanities.

"THEY TRUSTED YOU, THEY WERE YOUR FRIENDS!" Her words send a sick chill up your spine.

"You'll end up betraying them just like you did me." You turn quickly to find Lin, her eyes are hollow and her face is gaunt. You manage to tear your eyes away from her face to look down at your hands, in them is a large mallet.

You drop it and take a few large steps back your hands are stained with dried blood. Your heart is loud in your ears so much so that the mob sounds like background noise but even over that you can hear, clear as day. "You will be their down fall."

You turn to find the source of the voice but there's no one, you just turn in dizzying circles. Your vision waivers and blurs, you're on your hands and knees, face to face with them. Their eyes hold hurt, malice, betrayal, but one hasn't looked up just yet.

You want to call his name but your throat and tongue refuse to cooperate, at this defiance of your own body you attempt to move your hands but that doesn't work. Much to your horror your body begins moving of its own accord. You go up to each member of the sins and push their heads down into the divots in between where their hands are nailed down.

You step back, the crowds animalistic cheering turns your stomach. From the other side of the make shift stage a cloaked figure steps up, you recognize him. 'The one from the fighting festival.' He yields a pair of scissors, holding them ceremoniously to a rope. You follow the path of the rope with your eyes, your stomach drops to the floor when you see the blade the rope is suspending.

You want to yell, tell him to stop, beg, anything! But your body doesn't listen, your tongue feels like dead weight in your mouth.

"I always knew it would end up this way."

You look down at him, finally commanding your body to bend to your will. "Ban-" The crisp noise of freshly sharpened blades running against each other is almost deafening to you. "NO WAIT!" But there's nothing you can do as the guillotine comes down on all their necks and hands simultaneously.

~~~
At the sudden remembrance of your dream you feel a burn in your throat, jumping up from your lying position you bolt to the bathroom. Past Beetle who looked like they were going to knock on your door. You haunch over the toilet and empty what little you had left in your stomach from the night before.
You clench the edges of the toilet bowl to quell the violent tremors in your hands, but that doesn't stop them from travelling up to your shoulders.
Small hands rake themselves through your hair, holding it back out of your way. You attempt to look at who it is but you only catch a glimpse of blonde hair before bile makes a trail up your throat again.
You manage to croak out a: "thanks." Before getting up to wash your hands. Beetle and King are both hovering around the door. You wash your hands and rinse your mouth while looking between the three fairies.
"Are you ok?" King asks worry in his eyes.
"Were you three holding some sorta secret fairy meeting or some shit, why are you all up at the same time?" You wipe the excess water from your face and try not to squirm under their gaze.
