Chapter Two || PARTNER

"So that's all for today, but make sure to find a partner ok? You may now go." The teacher of dance club dismissed the already.

The two were talking to each other earning the looks from the other students. The campus know that the two were close but not all of them were thinking and talking positive about them. Well, issues can't be avoided.

"Please Yeji be my partner." Yeonjun pleased her for nth time after leaving the room. "I want you to be my partner."

"I don't know Yeonjun, I think I will not participate this year." She said, still thinking about it. But she didn't feel to participate the activity, it's very odd though it's their last year for high school yet this year she got the guts not to participate.

"Why?" He whine. Yeonjun may be a flirt but he have this soft side for her and her only, well except for his sister and that's is for later, "I thought you love to dance, plus this is our last year before entering our college year."

He's right, but something was off, she's been feeling something that she didn't feel long ago.

"I will think of it Daniel Choi." She called him on his English name meaning she's serious. It's their thing calling each other's English name when they were serious only.

Yeonjun was about to protest when she walk away, leaving him. Well that's really odd, she always said goodbye to him everytime they separate ways.

Yeji was peacefully waiting for her friends at Lia's owned Cafe. Well they always came there together it's just dance club was the first one to be dismissed and let out the campus. Her friends came and they start to talk about the club day activities. Meanwhile Lia got their usual food everytime they go at her Cafe.

"Unnie, you ok?" Yuna, the youngest out of five 10th grader, ask the oldest, who seems to be dozing off again.

"Huh?" Yeji ask looking at her friends.

"You ok unnie? You seems to be a little off." Chaeryeong, the nerdie and bookworm but the savage one, also notice the older who didn't participate a lot on the conversation.

"Oh I'm fine, just thinking about something." She answered to them and they notice it, something's wrong.

"Tell us, what happened." Ryujin sit properly and look at her seriously. She really can't hide from them everytime. She let out a breath before talking. Lia just came with a waitress with their food.

"Our club decide to have a special number for the program." She started and look at them anticipating. "I don't feel participating this year's activity. I don't know why but something was bothering me."

"And?" She sigh before continuing.

"It's a by pair dance that our teacher show us, some ballad dancing and Ms. Song told us to find a partner who's part of the club." She said.

"So what's the problem?" Chaeryeong ask reading a book, that she always bring, but still listening.

"My problem is Yeonjun was asking me to be his partner." She said making the others confused. The girls know that the two were close since then but they knew more than it and keep it a secret.

"You love to dance, Yeonjun oppa was asking you to be his partner the only problem is the performance, what's wrong?" Lia ask her.

"I also don't know, I just feel something earlier." She said looking at them who seems to be talking with eye contact leaving her confused.
