Chapter Seven || TOGETHERNESS

The car stop near the beach at exactly 2 in the afternoon. Yeonjun woke Yeji because she slept on the ride.

When she opened her eyes, she saw a crystal clear beach, she run outside the car not minding if she leave Yeonjun inside the car.

The beach has white sand and beautiful view of an island. On a tree you can see a picnic blanket with different kinds of food on it.

She look behind her to see, him watching her. She gesture him to come with her.

"Let's go!"

"Just enjoy I will just sit there." He pointed the picnic blanket. That make her pout.

"Yeonjun, let's go!" She shouted, nobody was there so nobody will hear them.

"I will ready our food, I'll follow later." He assure her. And she agreed. But she couldn't careless, she play on the water.

Yeonjun watch her, playing on the water. Seeing her happy makes him more happier.

When Yeji got tired, she walk to the blanket to rest. The scenery make her feel better. She saw strawberries in the basket and immediately get it, to eat.

"When did you found this place?" She ask him, still looking at the beach.

"Me and Taehyun, found it. We were just taking a ride when we found this place, last year. Thinking it can be a hang out place."

"So you two only, knows this place?"

"Yeah, but you also know now." Yeonjun said making her chuckle a bit.

"I miss hanging out with you." He added making the girl look at him with a strawberry on her mouth.

Yeonjun chuckle at her reaction before continuing what he was saying.

"It's been a while since we hang out. School is near to end, where will you enter college?"

"Where my cousin studying, I guess?" She's not even sure where she would study because she still doesn't think about it. "You?"

"I think, I'll be studying with noona." Yeji look at him, and there she realized how he love his sister. To the point, that he will follow her everywhere.

"You never change, you will cling on unnie, whenever you want." She chuckle. She witness everything since then.

"There's nothing wrong with it, I just love my sister." He shrugged and get some fruit in the basket and eat.

The sound of the splashing water can be heard in the silence. The leaves are playing in the wind.

A comfortable silence engulfed between them. But not when a phone ring making them look at each other.

"Hello?" Yeji answered her phone.

"Unnie, where are you?" The voice of her youngest friend welcomed her from the other line.

"Somewhere, why did you call? I'm having a healing time." She said and look at Yeonjun who's also looking at her.

"Nothing. Where are you exactly, unnie?"

"Somewhere, where you couldn't find me." She answered before rolling her eyes.

"Are you alone?" Another voice ask her.

"Yah Ryujin unnie, give my phone back."

"No I'm with someone." A whine can be heard and another voice spoke.
