As the week continued on we had the same routine everyday.

I would text Dillon to meet me outside. We'd walk to get Kaleb and Noah. Then we'd walk to school. We'd hang out with Katie, Gage, and Alyssa. Raihannah and Fiona would walk past us and say something rude. After school we all met at the front of the school and say our goodbyes and walked home.

Today was Friday and I was so excited. Me and Dillon made plans to go to KingsIsland tomorrow. Just the two of us. No it's not a date I wish it was. What am I saying no I don't. Or do I? Forget it. Even if I did it wouldn't happen so it doesn't matter.

I was sitting In my room after school bored so I decided to text Dillon.

(Alex- bold Dillon- italic)

Hey Dillon! :)

Hey Alex! Wassup? :D

Nothing much. Just chilling in my room, bored. Wby?

Same. Lol.

You wanna go and get a smoothie or something?

Yeah sounds cool. Meet me outside in 5?

Yeah. Okay. Bye.

Bye! :)

(end of conversation)

I got up from my bed and grabbed a sweater and a hat and threw on my red supras.

I put my phone in my pocket and walked downstairs. I look for my mom. I found her sitting at the table on the computer.

"Hey mom I'm going to go get a smoothie with Dillon. Can I take the car? "

"Sure sweetheart." she said handing me the keys to her mustang "Please be back home by 6 for dinner."

"Thanks, I will mom don't worry," I said kissing her check." bye."

"Bye, have fun on your date." mom said smiling at me.

"Mom I told you I don't like her like that. It's not a date."

"Sure honey you keep telling yourself that. You know what they say," she started singing that song from tangled.

"Mother knows best, listen to your mother."

"Really mom?" I said chuckling.

"Yup, Now you better get going you don't want to keep Dillon waiting. Bye."

"Whatever" I muttered under my breath turning toward the front door.

"What was that?" my mom yelled as I sped walked towards the door.

"Nothing" I yelled back running out of the door slamming it behind me.

When I walked outside Dillon was already walking up the steps of my house.

"Hey Dillon, you ready to go?"

"Yup"

"Alright. Leggo." I said grabbing Dillon's hand leading her to the car.

When we reached the passenger side I open the door for her.

"Thank you" Dillon said blushing. She's so cute when she blushes.
What am I saying? Stop thinking like that.

"Your welcome" I responding closing the door. I jogged to the other side, hopped in, and started the car.

"I know this great place that sells smoothies that me and my family use to go to all the time when I was younger." I tell her backing out of the drive way.
