I was sitting in the back of the classroom, looking down at my desk, when I heard the door open. I just knew it was a new student ready to be like the rest of the people in this class. So I just put my head down and tuned everybody out. That was until I heard my name.
"Alex please raise your hand," Ms.Lee said.
I rose my hand but didn't look up. This was just great not only do we have a new student but they have to sit next to me.
I felt the presences of the person walk up and sit next to me. Unfortunately the new person started talking to me.
"Did someone not get enough sleep last night?" they asked giggling.
As soon as she said that I recognized her voice. So I popped my head up and put a big smile on my face.
"Your in this class!?!?!" I whispered yelled.
"Yup," Dillon answered smiling back.
I was so relieved when I seen her. I haven't known her long but I feel like I can tell her anything.
Everyone in this school are stuck up, childish, or sluty now I at least have one person I can tolerate in this class.
Me and Dillon stared at each other, smiling at one another. Man, she's gorgeous.
"No. I told you, you can't think like that she's just a friend. She would never like you anyways so get over it." My Brain told me. We continued to stare at each other until Ms. Lee spoke catching attention.
"Class open your books to page 217 and begin reading the chapter independently. For homework answer the 6 chapter questions."
Dillon looked away from me and opened her book and began reading. I didn't realize I was staring at her and I was the only one not reading until Ms. Lee said something.
"Alex, please begin reading so you have less to do for homework."
After she said that Dillon turned around to look at me with a small smile. I smiled back and then quickly looked down and opened my book and began Reading.
What is this girl doing to me?
*lunch time*
It was finally lunch I was so tired of school already. I probably wouldn't have mind school if I had more classes with my friends or if people weren't so childish. I'm just glad I have Dillon in one of my classes so far.
I began walking down the hallways heading towards the lockers. When I reached the lockers I saw Dillon and some other blonde girl standing there with her. When I approached them then I recognized who the blonde girl was. It was Katie Kellur. She was in my last three period.
She was 1 out of few I could stand throughout all my classes beside Dillon now. She wasn't stuck up but never really talked to me either. She definitely wasn't one of those sluttier girl that throw themselves at me.
"Hey guys!" I said once I approached them.
"Hey Alex!"they both say in unison.
"You girls ready to head to the cafeteria?"
"Yup" the say as we start walking towards the cafeteria.
We enter the cafeteria and headed for the lunch line. Once we all got our lunch we went and sat down with Kaleb and Noah.
When we sat down Katie pulled out her phone.
"Hey, do you guys mind if my boyfriend and his sister come sits with us?" Katie asked.
