Vegeta was coming back from space, drank water desperately. He stank and his suit was dirty. Vegeta sighed and looked around the compound. There were no sings of his wife coming to nag him. He went in his room to clean himself first and after that, he went to look for food. He started eating some cold unprepared food since he didn't know how to cook. A young purple haired boy came into the kitchen while talking into his watch communicator, following him was that Cell's kid with the bunny's dead tone but somehow dead eyes too. It wasn't the company he wanted for his little boy. Both men were dressed casually while the bunny was dressed in his first grade uniform, the purple haired kid lifted his head when his father called him.

“Trunks? What is that thing doing here?” Mito's eyes didn't leave the watch that Trunks was using while trunks looked at his father. Mito responded first, cutting trunks out.

“Mother has been taken. Father and Aunt are working on something new. A door to other places. Dangerous things.” The kid looked at Vegeta with those dead eyes. He looked mad. Vegeta frowned but the kid kept talking. “You wouldn't get it.” Trunks gasped and turned to look at the green bunny.

Trunks bent down a bit and closed his fists. “No way! My papa knows a lot. He is smart.” The green bunny smirked smugly and shot confident look at the boy. He looked like he knew something. His dead tone came as smug and rude.

“Then why isn't him making the door? Your mom is. He is like my Father. Loves to fight but…” He shot a look at Vegeta that made him think it was a challenge. Vegeta’s energy rose and was ready for a fight with a little kid. Not his first time kicking a kid or killing an abomination, he thought. Before Vegeta could get up to punch the kid, he rose a hand, stopping the grown man in place.

“Do you really want me to fight you? Here? In the kitchen?” He looked very smug. Probably was him mimicking his father's way of being. Vegeta tsked and went back to stuffing his face. The bunny kid was about to start a monologue but the purple haired boy held him by the hand. Mito went back to looking dead. “Oh? You want to show me something?” Mito smiled. “Sure.” Small trunks sure had stopped s fight from forming and having Cell and his dad fighting. Or worse: his mom yelling.

Meanwhile, in the underground labs of Capsule Corp, the blue haired woman was working on the math and giving some of the work load to Cell. He still had the brain of a computer, a smug feeling computer but a computer none the less. Bulma knew that the wish granting balls were recently used so they didn't have time to just with for Pickchu back. If they did, the other scientist could come back at any moment and take him away again. An assistant came to bring food and drinks so both of people in that underground room could take a break. Cell started eating absent mindlessly while looking at the horizon. Bulma put a hand on his black shoulder. She offered some encouraging words.

“We will find him. No worries. This is just so new to me…” She looked at her screen. “I know future me managed to invent time travel.” At that moment Morty entered and stood by the open door. He was going to say something but Bulma kept talking. “This is just dimensional travel. The kid really has no idea how it all works and that is just not useful. I wish he could give me a tip or something.” Morty came in, stuttering.

“Ti--time travel is only space and time travel. You know? Things are never in the same place and messing wh—whith time only makes things move place. I saw a movie that to make space travel, they had to calculate the speed of the universe expanding. Besides…” He rubbed his arm. “All I have is a theory that…. I KNOW IS DUMB, b—but!” and he said it. The secret of the multiverse. The secret why other people hadn't figured it out, why random universes were merging together. The kid said it. “Other universes might seem weird but the main difference is that they are ruled by different… ah, let me draw it.” Morty walked up to the white board and started drawing the circles. “Ok. You see? The universe is not flat but this demonstration is. I—I think the universe, plain of reality, yes?” he looked at the two other people in the room. “Well, all exist in the same place, the black void. Other dimensions being slightly different is just them being like formation of reality wherever they happened. Big bangs happen all the times and dimensions live and die but they all exist in the same plain field.” He looked back at the circles. “I think…” He looked around for a piece of paper, marker still in hand. “I think….” He found one. He drew a circle in two extremes of the paper. “This.” He bent the paper so the two circles overlapped each other on different sides of the paper. “The portal gun, somehow, bends the universe in some way so the universes overlap. It is still Bending time and space because to travel that far, you need a lot of time. It is still…” Morty saw how intensely interested Bulma was. He stammered again. “It is still making one stay in the same reality. Since matter cannot be created OR destroyed, you can't just add more to a reality. That goes against the laws of physics.”
