Harry
4:50 pm

My chest felt heavy, but maybe it was because of how much smoke I had inhaled. Draco had taken my hand in his, and I was guiding him back to the train station so I could take him to the house I grew up in. It was a fifteen-minute train ride from where we were, then less than a five-minute walk. I never had transportation when I lived with my Aunt and Uncle, so I knew how to get around on foot, and I knew all the shortcuts. plus, I was able to aperate with Draco ad long as there were no muggles near.

The train we caught was less crowded, and we got our spot near the back. We sat close, Hand in hand. His knee leaned against mine.

Who knew Draco could be the clingy type? I never would have thought.

The train ride was silent and was mostly filled with Dracos endless hand-holding. His thumb constantly stroked the back of my hand, and any time I moved, his grip on my hands would tighten. It was cute, in my opinion. I didn't mind, but I have no idea where the sudden affection had come from. I don't mind.

This blasted train ride made me anxious. Each bump or shift made my body tense, and I could tell that Harry noticed, since his hand would pat my thigh each time my body would shift uncomfortably.

It was raining outside. I could hear it pounding on the train roof. I couldn't wait to get off.

I heard a loud voice overhead say something that I couldn't make out, and I felt Harry pull me up. I assume that meant that we were almost at our stop...I felt relieved.

"Watch your step on the platform, it's slippery," Harry said, letting go of my arm. It was uncomfortable to think about walking in the rain, but it had to be done.."It's raining, so...if we can find a hidden place once we get off, I can apparate us." I felt my shoulders relax. I was hoping he would say that.

"That would be lovely...better than walking in the rain, yah?" I held onto the railing while the train came to a stop, then took Harry's hand into mine as the doors opened. We stepped off, and people rushed inside the train. I was glad we wouldn't be getting back on since the amount of water all over the train floors from umbrellas and suitcases would have made an obvious death trap. I felt myself being tugged forward- Harry was rushing to get off the platform and away from the crowds.

"There is a telly booth right here. We can apparate inside." He said, pointing to a bright red telephone box just 20 feet away. He pulled me inside, shutting the door behind him. We stood in silence for a moment.

"Er...A bit cramped in here, isn't it?" I chuckled. He just gave me an unamused look, then took my hand. We immediately apparated and appeared in front of what I assume was Harry's home. Well....by the way, he described it, it was more of a prison than a home. Made me wonder why- of all places- he chose here. Didn't his GodFather own a house?

"We're here." He said suddenly, seeing as I was staring off into nothing. I looked down at him and grinned. "The house is mostly empty...When my uncle and Aunt left, they took everything but my belongings with them, so I only have my bedroom that's full." He explained while fumbling with a ring of keys he had taken from his pocket. "And a few dishes. I had my own Tea Kettle and whatnot, but o haven't been able to use it since the stove isn't working."

"What's wrong with the stove?" I asked, and he finally opened the door.

"I dunno. The fire just won't start on it, so I keep it off to save on gas." Harry turned around to look at me as we walked inside, making him walk backward. We were greeted by a short corridor that had the stairs immediately to the right. To the left of the stairs was the door that led into what I assumed was an empty dining room that opened into a sitting room. To the right of the sitting room was the kitchen, which was decently sized.
