Day 5 of the vacation

"Pascal?" Lolita looked into the living room where Pascal sat alone on the couch. "What's your favourite memory of Giovonnie from when he was younger?"

"Ohh my goodness, he had such a lisp! He couldn't even say delicious, at eight, the poor kiddo!" Pascal perks up, looking over at the well-dressed ghost. "He sounded like a little snake! Still hasn't fully gotten rid of the lisp...Gosh, he was so smart though..."

"What kind of things did he do to show how smart he was Pascal? And I can imagine, a little hissing Gio sounds so cute." Lolita sighed wistfully. "Did he have any favourite soft toys too? That could be another good bonding opportunity if you made or got something similar."

"He had this little white blanket he'd drag everywhere! He wouldn't let anyone touch the thing, you had to take it from him when he was asleep just to wash it! Once he left it, or him I should say, he always said it was a him, in another state! He didn't sleep until we got it back in the mail!"

Pascal shifts and thinks back. "He was so smart. He worked so hard catching up with the other kids his age, constantly in and out of speech therapies and the hospital, working so hard on his balance. So smart."

"Do you know what happened to Gio's blanket? If it's something you could get, it would be an amazing present!" Lolita exclaims.

"That sounds like a great idea!" Pascal chirps. "It'll go perfectly with some of the other surprises I have planned!"

"Have you ever heard of lolita fashion? I bet Gio would love it, considering all the work he's put into his dresses!" Lolita smiles.

"Aw, he'd look so adorable! But that's up to Gi-Gi to decide if he wants to wear it or not." Pascal grins.

"Pascal, don't take this the wrong way, but maybe you shouldn't pressure Logan into drinking anything. Maybe instead of drinking a lot, you could just share on glass. It'd certainly be romantic!" Lolita smiles.

"No, he likes it!" Pascal protests. "He gets happy and giggly, and sleepy! So he likes it!"

Lolita sighs, blipping away and reappearing upstairs where Jory and Florencio were.

"Hey, just so you know, Pascal's been getting Logan drunk, even when he doesn't want to." Lolita tells them. "I realize that everyone has their own shit going on, but I'd be very mindful or vigilant. I have a feeling that very bad things could happen if Pascal drinks and pressures Logan into getting drunk and doing things that he doesn't want to do."

"Not like they didn't do it when Logan was sober." Jory snarks. Florencio looks at him, surprised. "Yeah, I fucking heard them. Twice."

Seagull found Giovonnie nestled in the branches of a tall tree, half asleep as he let the tree hold him. "Hey, Gi-Gi! What have you been up to?"

Giovonnie's eyes open, and he smiles at Seagull. "You're back! You were gone for so long...I went swimming and collected pretty rocks and shells, and I found some really cool sea glass!"

"Cool!" Seagull grins. "Do you mind coming in and watching Jasper? Alejo fell asleep and everyone else is busy. I would watch him alone, but..."

"Okay!" Giovonnie easily climbed down the tree, running inside and up to the room Jasper was in. The baby was in his pack and play, idly messing with some blocks. "Hey, Jassie!"

Seagull smiles at the two, taking a deep breath. "Okay, here goes nothing." They mutter.

Raising both hands, they train their eyes on a small, stuffed dog in the pack and play. With a jerk, the dog rises into the air. Seagull's eyes widen and they almost lose their focus. A smile grows on her face as she makes the dog wriggle around. It falls back to the pack and play floor with a soft "plop" and Jasper giggles madly.
