Kiyotaka x Reader

~Confessions are hard~

Kiyotaka and Y/N had met last year. They had never met each other in person, of course, just online. Y/N was from America, Kiyotaka had texted her before about paying a visit to each other, but it hasn't happened...until now.

Y/N yawned as she got out of bed, hoping to text with her overseas friend today. Sure, she was from America and he was in Japan, so the hours were drastically different. But they made it work. She grabbed her phone from her nightstand and pulled up their messages.

Y/N: Hey, Taka. What's up?

Kiyotaka: I presume it's morning there, correct? Good morning to you, Y/N. I have a bit of a surprise for you. It's a package. Go outside and you'll see it at your doorstep.

'A package?'  Y/N thought,

Y/N: Alright, I'll go check. Be right back.

Kiyotaka: It has everything you need for your trip.

'Trip?' Y/N thought, she stood up and headed to the door, turning the knob as she headed out. Sure enough there it was, the package Kiyotaka texted her about. She brought it in and opened it, her eyes lit up as she smiled, she grabbed her phone to text him again.

Kiyotaka: Well? Did you find everything okay..?

Y/N: Taka, this is...you even gave me your hoodie?!

Kiyotaka: You can keep it. That way I'll at least be there through scent.

Y/N: Awh, that's so sweet, Taka!

Y/N giggled, putting on Kiyotaka's hoodie, then she grabbed what looked like a small notebook

Y/N: No way! A passport to Japan?! Now I can finally come visit you!!

Kiyotaka: I figured you'd like that a lot.

Y/N: I do! Thanks so much, Taka!

with that, Y/N turned off her phone, and ran back to her bedroom.

After Y/N had finished packing, she ran to the airport. After she had handed the boarding pass to the attendant she got on the plane, excited to go to Japan and see her friend. What she didn't know, was that her friend had another surprise for her.

As soon as Y/N landed at the airport, she saw someone running up to her, "Y/N!" the familiar voice shouted, pulling her into a tight hug, it was Kiyotaka.

"Y/N! You're here!! Finally, my dreams have come true!" Kiyotaka smiled as happy tears streamed down his face, Y/N giggled, "I'm happy to be here too, Taka!"

Kiyotaka pulled out a letter from his pocket, it had a heart on the cover, he pulled away from Y/N as he bowed with the letter in his hands, "I love you, Y/N! Please be my girlfriend!", Y/N looked at the letter he was holding, a blush crept across her face, she smiled, "Taka, you idiot!" she giggled, pulling him into a hug, "Of course I'll be your girlfriend!"
