Photographic Fool

"Nico! What the he-" I was cut off by Biana.

"Are you a vanisher, too? Have you been here the whole time?" Nico and I were thoroughly confused.

"Everyone, this is Nico. He-" Oh look at that...I was cut off again.

"What the heck is a vanisher? I'm the Ghost King."

I tried again,"Nico, these are-" Wanna take a guess at what happened?

I was cut off. Shocker, I know.

"The Ghost King? You don't look very kingly..." Keefe doubted.

"EVERYONE SHUT UP!" I yelled, finally getting everyone's attention. "This is Nico, the son of Hades. Like he said, we're demigods. Half god, half mortal. I dunno why you say magic doesn't exist, but it does. Nico shadow-traveled here," I paused to take a breath, "Nico, this is my adoptive sister, who apparently is an elf?"

Elwin stepped in. "Yes. And we're in the Lost Cities, the Elvi world. Us elves have certain abilities. Biana is a vanisher, so she can turn invisible. Sophie, has five abilities, and is the Moonlark."

Nico paled,"B-Bianca?"

"Oh shoot. No, B-i-a-n-a," I said, feeling a bit guilty. Trying to change the subject, I said, "So...elves and demigods, huh?"

"I guess so," Sophie sighed. Everyone nodded.

Elwin suddenly clapped, startling everyone,"Oh! Sophie, the council has decided to let you come back!" Sophie smiled, then it faded as she turned to me. I smiled for her. It'd be hard, but I needed her to live where she belongs.

"Don't worry, continue being an elf. But, remember, you always have a home with me," I mentally slapped myself as my voice cracked.

"Stay alive, you dam brother," Sophie said softly.

I nodded, tears welling up in my eyes,"You too photographic fool."

She smiled sadly as I started fading since Nico was shadow traveling me back home. I smiled back.

And with that, the son of Posiden, and the Moonlark said goodbye.
