yo srry ab not writing yesterday i was kinda busy um enjoy this one ig

What the hell!? I blink, hoping that I'm dreaming. But, alas, I'm not.

"Well, well, well. Look who we have here," a cold voice drawls.

"Let me go you maniac!" I say, struggling against the bindings.

"Well, if I let you go, you'll probably bleed out and die. So, pick your poison," they toy.

I look down, remembering how I got here. "Why did you take me here?" I ask, wondering why I feel no pain.

"Oh, well, you are special, much like your friend."

Panic fills me. Morro. "Where did you take him!?"

"Oh, don't worry. He escaped. But we'll have him soon," the voice sneers.

"Okay, well, what do you mean I'm special?" I say, curious.

They step into the light. Cold, hard eyes stare at me. A strange helmet encases the head of my captor. She smirks an evil little smirk.

"You, my dear, have elemental powers. But, not just any. I've been watching you and you little parter for a while now, and done plenty of research. The results are magnificent! Your powers do not come from the First Spinjitzu Master, but from a powerful creature of old: the mighty Queen of Demons!" they say, with a flourish of hands. "In her time, she was the ruler of all the land! So powerful, even dragons feared her. Now tell me, how did you inherit part of her power?" the strange person inquires, leaning closer.

I try to back away, but they grab me. "You are going to tell me. Or else we'll have to do things the hard way."

"I-I don't know. One day, it just kinda happened!"

They nod. "I see... Guards, take this creature to the dungeon."

"Uh, Miss Master? We don't have a dungeon," comes a gruff voice.

Suddenly, the walls break in on themselves. A flash of dark green whirls in, throwing things everywhere.

"Morro!"

He runs over, and unties me while the guards dig themselves and my captor out of the rubble. "Can you... stand?" he asks, noticing the bloody gauze on my left side.

"I think so." I try to stand, and a sharp stabbing pain comes from the wound. I sink back down to the floor. "No."

"Okay, then plan B." He swings me onto his shoulders and runs out the door. I feel a soothing darkness overtake me. My muscles go limp, and my eyes close against my own accord.

---

Morro's Pov:

I feel Clove go limp on my shoulders. I really hope they didn't just die, because that would suck. I hear feet pounding behind me, but carrying Clove, I don't think I can do Airjitzu.

I run harder, hoping to outrun them. It works.

---

I reach a cave, and place Clove down on the floor. Luckily, they're still breathing. I settle against a wall, catching my breath. Clove stirs beside me. I glance over as they open their eyes and sit up.

Looking at me, they say, "You came back for me?"

Taken aback, I stutter, "O-of course, we're a team."

They smile at me, and I return the gesture.

awwww how cute it's a shame that morro dies haha anyway have a good day/night bai
