Izumi, in my story is raised BY Deku

Her story is like this:

Deku faked his death, and went into hiding. Bakugou didn't believe he was dead and went searching.

It took him 2 years to find Deku, Bakugo kept him secret but supplied Deku with hero intel and work. So Deku became a vigilante of sorts, because he got bored.

He earned a lot of degrees, like medical, robotics, engineering, support course, etc. and helped Bakugou from the shadows.

Kirishima and Bakugou were dating from high school, but both secretly liked Deku (cause that poly ship is cute in my opinion)

After two years of keeping Deku's secret of him being alive, Bakugou and Kirishima, are hit with a quirk that makes a baby (Izumi) but as a side effect puts them into a coma. Bakugou fights the effects of coma and rushes the kid and Kirishima (who was not doing so great at keeping awake as Bakugou) to Deku because he trusts him.

Deku has them in his secret lair/base being monitored and kept healthy in a coma as he raises Izumi

SIDE NOTE: To BREAK the coma/quirk, the child has to do the one thing that each parent couldn't do

0 For Baku, "to be able to forgive oneself" as Bakugou more than likely never forgave himself for hurting Deku despite Deku forgiving him

0 For Kiri i have his "insecurities about one's own body and appearance" as it's shown in the Manga and show that Kirishima has doubts like these

She has to do those to wake them up (each one for each parent), only one minor problem.....

She was raised by Deku to not bully so she doesn't really have a guilt like that, and she's fine with her form/body so she doesn't feel insecure,

WHICH is where the drama comes in

While she doesn't (and will never) bully she did try to defend a quirk-less friend, but the bullies were just worse to the friend when she wasn't around, taunting the friend and making the friend believe they were nothing without Izumi. The friend ended up moving away due to all the bullying, Izumi feels guilty for not realizing her ^defending^ was hurting her friend more than helping.

As for Izumi's insecurities, her insecurities lie in her quirk, Molten, which is as it sounds, she can turn her skin to Molten Lava but if she focuses, she can blast stuff up like Bakugou and harden her skin like Kirishima

She doesn't feel strong enough to be able to control her powers, or it's the right thing to do since her quirk got her friend bullied, as a reset, she tends to not use them, and if she does, she uses the bare minimum

She never used her quirk for the other parts of the festival, in fact at the sports festival, she stepped out of the ring as to not fight her opponent, and while this got her many boos. She responded with

"Why do i need to show off my quirk to the world for some sleezy villain to study me and learn my weaknesses before i even become a hero?"

This made people back off, but only made her classmates are angry at her, as they believe she looks down on them.

Oh, and since Deku's ^death^ hero-ing has changed, there are specific heroes for specific things, i.e., saving civilians, or villain fighting, underground or vigilante, double agent or model hero like for publicity
