"Doesn't the breeze feel good? " Jungkook sighed, relaxing on the soft sand.

Lydia hummed agreeing, attempting to build a sandcastle while Rosa gripped onto the sand hard, feeling the gritty parts of it get stuck on her hand.

The waves sent both parents into a daydream of their own. It was too perfect. The sun beamed onto the three as they made sure before they left to bring sun hats and glasses, they couldn't afford to have Rosa unwell during times like these in Dungrove.

It was unsafe for Rosa to grow up in, Lydia knew that, and deep down Jungkook knew it as well. He just couldn't bear to leave his family behind. This was his home.

"I guess it's back to the beginning." Lydia yawned, covering her mouth with her free hand.

"It sure is, there's always something exciting with this town."

Lydia stared at Jungkook, not knowing what was exciting about this place, but whatever made him happy she tried to be happy with him.

"I just can't believe my mum." Lydia sighed, gaining Jungkook's full attention, she still never knew about her own mother tormenting her, and scaring her for no reason at all and Jungkook had to keep it that way until Namjoon is the one to tell her.

"I can't believe she's been a vampire ever since her first trip with Sam, it makes me feel sick!"

Jungkook frowned, "Sick? What do you mean?"

"We just moved here at the time, I was young and scared! Imagine me finding all of this out at that age! She was out draining the life out of people while I was stuck inside my house terrified of everyone and everything."

Jungkook faced the sea, slowly nodding his head.

"It was partly my fault with that saying you looked like Adelia, but as I said, you're nothing like her. You're your own person."

"It's not your fault. I'm finding it hard to let it sink in, that's all."

"Hmm." Jungkook hummed looking around, he lowered his glasses as he watched a couple, hand in hand, slowly approach them, the closer they got, he soon recognised it was Taehyung and Hayley.

"Jungkook? You need to get back quick, it never went well this morning and everyone is turning their back on Namjoon." Hayley panicked, "She's there she's-"

Taehyung interrupted Hayley's outburst and continued "You just need to get back to the house, and for your own safety Lydia, Let Jungkook head back in first."

Lydia carefully stood up making sure she had a grip on her baby, "What do you mean?"

"Just trust us on this one, Hayley will walk back with you... Jungkook let's go."

As Jungkook and Taehying walked back to the house, Taehyung remained silent until the house appeared in their view.

"What's going on? We literally haven't been away an hour and something has gone wrong!"

Taehyung sighed, "Hannah is talking with Namjoon. When he was out with Jin this morning, they went the long way home and ended up at Lydia's old house. They noticed someone was in the house so they went to inspect, Hannah and Lucas were in there and that's when Namjoon confronted her."

"She knows?"

Taehyung nodded, "She ended up following Namjoon back home- well following isn't the best way to describe it... Namjoon basically dragged her here."

We walked into the house noticing it was quiet, "Are you sure?-" Jungkook stopped talking as he heard Namjoon shouting, feeling the vibration of their floorboards.

"Nevermind, let's go."

The two men headed down to the basement noticing Hannah was behind one of the cells. "Ah so you all found out?" Hannah cackled.

"What are you doing, Hannah? This isn't you!" Jungkook questioned.

"You don't know the real me Jungkook. This was all an act. I needed your trust I needed to help Sam and Nathaniel!" She gripped onto the bars, trying her best to free herself.

"Will you stop struggling? You are going to be in here until we get all the answers we need, it's best to make yourself at home." Namjoon walked over from the table to stand next to Jungkook to get a better look at her.

"Where is my daughter? Where is Lydia?" She yelled.
