"Are you sure you still want to watch her? I can take over?" I asked Hoseok for the hundredth time.

"I'm positive Lydia, go relax, will you? " He smiled. I felt bad for making him be with her all day but that's all he insisted on doing. He wanted me to have a break.

"I'll take over in an hour! Hopefully, she will be awake by then."

I walked out of her nursery toom, Jin and Namjoon had put together in one of the spare rooms and walked back to the attic.

I wasn't done looking around when I last got distracted by Jungkook. Everything up here was just leftover artwork of broken paintings or dusty ornaments that look like they hadn't been touched in years.

A small object caught my eye at the far back sitting on top of the wooden stool, I noticed it was some sort of book. I balanced on my right foot stretching to reach it, making sure not to fall or break anything.

I held the book in my hands, dusting off the leftover dust.

'Samuel's do not open!'

I scanned over the writing on the cover. Samuel? Did this belong to Sam? They still have his belongings?

I had to remember myself, nobody came into here, no wonder it was covered in dust. Sam was dead, so of course, his possessions would go dusty.

As I opened the book, all I could notice is that half of the pages had been ripped out, while some pages had black ink scribbled all over them.

As I flicked through and through, I tried my best to read what was written, but since it had been that long, the ink had smudged. Until I came across the back of the book that looked fairly new.

London's experience,

Nothing new really occurred during this decade. I was running out of things to write in this beloved journal. My memories are in this. Looking back at them reminds me of how much I miss my dearest Adelia.

But recently I met another woman in my life. She is different and so is her daughter.

Hannah and Lydia. Both such characters.

Lydia has been the main one I have had my eye on for a while. Ever since I first made eye contact with her, all I could see in her was my Adelia. She was the spitting image of her. It was like reincarnation, but I'm unable to believe in such things after finding out my baby girl had returned to me. She came home back to her father, where she belonged.

Since I have not written about my adventures, I shall start from my London trip with Hannah. Oh, what a trip! I had her wrapped around my finger. She did not know what she was getting herself into and I loved it. the way she pleaded to take her and leave Lydia in peace. It was like a drug to me. I from then couldn't control myself. I was now stuck in a tricky situation. I had two options: leave Hannah to die from being drained or turn her.

Obviously, I had to turn her, and that's what I did. I could not make up a story to tell Lydia. I don't have the time for her tears. I had to explain everything to Hannah and train her the best I could during the weeks we spent in London together. I mean... who doesn't love a newborn vampire.

Fast forward to the day I had to kidnap them both. My Adelia and Nathaniel finally took control. I was ready to handle the power with them, Namjoon was being a pain in the ass, I needed Nathaniel to kill and take his position.

Hannah had been a gem throughout the weeks, she controlled herself to the best of her ability, she was strong. She never showed any signs to Lydia, and I was taken back. I truly thought Lydia would have been lifeless the moment Hannah got back home. But I was wrong.

The moment I showed up at their house, they were leaving. This was our plan all along. We needed to get rid of Lydia, we had to make sure Adelia could get Jungkook in secret to get Namjoon, we had our plan from the start. we couldn't change it now over two newcomers, including a newly turned vampire who obviously had a thing for me.

Lydia, the stupid human, gave her small rodent of a hamster to me. Now, I was not that bad of a person to hurt an innocent animal. I gave the hamster away to the nearest cafe I was most familiar with for a little pet to greet the customers.

As I was finished doing so, my phone rang, telling me that the crash had happened and that is when our plan finally took shape. Once Lydia was for sure tied up, we had to make out that I was draining the life out of her mother, I needed to make sure Lydia thought she was dead and to say, Hannah did a great job, and from this moment, Hannah was dead and Lydia was grieving.

I stood uncontrollably shaking as I couldn't process what I was reading. What the hell is the truth? What is this? Tears rolled down my cheek as I lost balance and fell onto my knees. I tried to scream but nothing would come out, the fear in me was incredibly high. I was terrified.

"Lydia? Lyd-" Seokjin stood at the doorframe searching for my response. I couldn't make a word come out of my mouth, I was too much in shock. The life I lived over the past years, it's all been lies.

"What's wrong?" He worriedly asked. I held shakily held onto his arm, pointing to the book and tried my best to hand it over to him.

"I don't feel very well," I managed to let out, "I need to go lie down!" I got on two feet, gaining my balance back, and quickly ran out of the room.
