Thats two for two.

The boys hid behind some bushes watching the woman while she talked with a possible buyer, as me and Spencer talked with Aaron.
"Bossman, seriously. We've got everything sorted."
"Ashley, I just want to make sure everything is going ok."
"Trust us. We are fine."
"We did some yard work." Spencer added.
"Why?"
"So we were asking questions to Old man Fullers only friend. Well, when me and my two besties were younger we ran this garden service to get money. We ended up leaving half way through it, and she basically wouldn't take the 5 dollar refund so we were doing her yard."
"Which we then ran off again." Spencer told making us hear him sigh on the other end.
"Look I needed to get out of there I was sneezing like crazy."
"Just keep me updated."
"We will." We both told before we saw Juliet and Lassie pull up.
"We gotta go Bossman. Talk later."
"Talk later." He told before Spencer hung up.
"I'll do everything in my power to make this process as painless as possible." We heard the woman told as Shawn called to Juliet.
"Jules. Jules, over here!"
She walked towards us while Lassie looked away and headed for the Gusters place.
'Strange.'
"It's about time." Gus told.
"Gus be nice to her." I told before Spencer's phone began to ring again.
"It's Penelope. I'll take this." He told before moving slightly away to take the call.
"Did you check the phone records?" Shawn asked.
"Yep, your tip paid off."
'She doesn't seem happy about this.'
"That's great. Thank goodness. There were all these vibes, but I wasn't sure."
"So it was Rosa." Gus stated confusing Juliet.
"Who?"
"The real estate agent." Gus told making us all point to her, having Juliet turn to looking at her before she turned back towards us.
"No, no. She has a solid alibi. But we discovered quite a few calls from someone else, who also made numerous cash transfers into Fuller's account. Possibly paying off a blackmail." She explained.
"Wait a second, if you're not about to arrest Rosa, what are you doing standing here?" Gus questioned.
"Oh, Fuck a duck." I told as I realised what was going on.
"Distracting you." She admitted.
"Distracting..." Shawn began before me and him turned around to see Lassie walking with Winnie in handcuffs.
"Sorry, Gus." Juliet told making him finally see what was happening.
"Shawn! Shawn!" Gus exclaimed as he ran over. "Lassiter, get off my mom!"
"Yeah Penelope I've gotta go something came up..... no Ash is not getting arrested." Spencer told before hanging up.
I looked towards Shawn to see him hold his arms out in disbelief at Juliet before we all rushed after Gus.
"No, no, no, Mr. Guster! Mr. Guster." Lassie exclaimed as I pulled him off of them.
"Ash let me go!"
"You'll get arrested!" I shouted.
"Burton, Burton, please. Don't make a scene, darling. The neighbors. Neighbors are watching us. What is this?" Winnie asked as the end making her lick her thumb and try to wipe his face.
"Get in the car, ma'am. Please. Watch your head." Lassie told before he put a hand on top of the doorway to protect her head.
"Don't! Don't you touch my hair!" Winnie stated making him put his hands up in defence.
She got into the back seat of his car, before Juliet and Lassie did the same and drove off. Leaving us standing on the sidewalk. Me and Shawn put a hand on Gus' back to help comfort him as we watched the car drive away. Of course, my phone began to ring making me pick it up.
"Ashley Harper..... Penelope I was not arrested!.... I wouldn't have been able to pick up if I was arrested. I'm just friends with criminals, I'm not one myself." I told before silencing the boys to not say anything.
