***Alley***
In an alley behind the bank, there no people around. Other than a few dumpsters and a van, the alley was completely empty.
An EXIT door along the alley that led to the bank burst open and all six of the kids ran out into the alley.
"That was crazy!" Derek exclaimed, waving his arms around for emphasis.
"You right!" Keiley frantically added. "Hooo! I need to catch my breath."
But Codie, as always, was excited and pumped by the events prior. "I can't believe we actually did that though! We kicked bad guy butt! IT WAS AWESOME!"
Derek and Keiley shook their heads as they all walked until they came up on the van and leaned against it. As they halted there to catch their breath, Mike began to notice the van and couldn't help but wonder....could it be?
Standing up straight from leaning on his knees, Mike began to walk around the van and inspect it.
Noticing this, Katie asked him, "Mikey, what're you doing?"
"I think... I think this is- or was the bad guy's van."
The group eyed him before looking to the van and realizing he was right.
"Huh. Chevy Express Cargo Van...nice choice." Derek murmured, examining the van. "2017 or '18, from the looks of it."
"Wait. So if this is their van, then why is it still here?"
"They must've found another vehicle to escape in." Eddie said. "It was probably part of their plan before they came here."
"DANGIT!" Derek shouted before punching the side of the van, leaning a minor but good-sized dent in it. Seeing this surprised the others, making their eyes go wide. "Man, I can't believe they got away!"
While she was still shocked from seeing her friend dent the van with just a punch, Katie went on. "Can't we go after them?" she asked, looking for a silver lining.
Keiley tossed her arms up with a lost look. "How?"
"Yeah, I mean they could be anywhere!" Derek added, "There's no way of knowing where they are."
With that said, Eddie cleared his throat and spoke up. "Uh, well, that's not entirely true."
The other five turned their attention to the bespectacled teen, bewildered by his words.
"What do you mean, Eddie?" Mike asked, confused but curious.
Eddie, seeming to have the floor, took a breath and began to explain.

(FLASHBACK)
While ducking behind the tables, Eddie reached into his shirt pocket and took out a small device that was about the size of a grape. It had a microchip, a few small wires, and a minuscule blinking red light on it.
Seeing his chance, he jumped off the table at the thug but was caught by the neck.
Under the ruse of trying to free himself from the baddie's grip, Eddie attached tracking device to his sleeve and resumed trying to free himself.
Seconds later, the large baddie threw Eddie away. Unaware of the tracker still attached to his arm.
