***SoHo, Manhattan, New York [2012]***

[Mike] It all started in 2012. The good old days.

[Derek] "Ya got that right! Codie wasn't around yet."

[Codie] "Hey!"

[Keiley] "He's got a point. It was a lot quieter then."

[Codie] "You too, Kay? Come on!"

[Keiley] "I'm just kidding, Little Bro! Come're!" [Hugs and ruffles his hair]

[Codie] "OK, OK ENOUGH ALREADY!!!"

[Derek] "Don't worry, Code. We're just messing with you."

[Codie] "Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know."

[Mike] [chuckles and shakes his head] "Ok, anyway, where were we?

[Katie] "Good old days."

[Mike] Right, right, right. Well, it just so happens that those 'good old days' were about to get a whole lot better.

The kids were seated at the table, eating lunch and talking.

[Katie] "Yeah, we were just chillin' and havin' a good time when Mikey said he heard something."

The young boy perked his head up. A strange sound had taken his attention away from his lunch.

"Hey Mikey, wha's wong?" Derek asked.

Mike held up his hand and kept his ear to the air. "You guys heaw dat?"

[Codie] "That's adorable! Your little baby talk!"

[Eddie] "Well, since we were toddlers, our speech skills hadn't entirely developed yet. So that's why-"

[Derek] "EDDIE!!! Can we skip the biology lesson and get back to the story, please?"

[Eddie] "Oh yeah, sure! My bad."

The rest of the kids listened and eventually, they heard it too.

"Wha's dat?" Mike asked.

Before anyone could answer, Eddie slid off his stool, dug into a bag that was hanging on it and pulled out a weird device that had a walkie-talkie and a GPS wired to each other and they were taped together with a pair of headphones connected to them.

"What the heck is dat?" Katie asked.

"It's a location device I made," the spectacled kid replied.

[Eddie] "Just to clarify, I said 'location device'.

Derek scrunched his face in confusion. "I tawt location devices were small and you couldn't see them? Like in dose spy movies."

"Well actually, this one tracks sound. It listens for the sound waves and then leads you to them." Eddie explained.

"Ok, fire it up!"

[Codie] "Oh man, you guys were so cute when we were little!!!"

[Derek] "What're you talkin' about? We talked like we were retarded. And who you callin' cute? I'm not cute! Never have been, NEVER WILL BE!!! YA HEAR ME?! NEVER!!!"

[Keiley] "Derek, calm down! It was just a compliment."

[Derek] ".........sorry. By the way, this is our sister, Keiley."

[Keiley] "Hey everyone. Now, back to story..."

Eddie turned on the device, put the headphones on and waited for it to pick up a signal. Soon a blue ping came up on the small screen. Smiling triumphantly, Eddie motioned for the others to follow him.
