Chapter 1 : Intro

        Nichole POV

        Summer of 2012 . I remember like it was yesterday . I don't know what was going through my head at the time , I guess it was a phase , but it was something not under my control . That was the first time I ever dated a female & it was something I thought would never happen to be honest . It wasn't that long ago, but it was a while back . Lemme get you caught up .

"Nichole come here !" , my friend Shannon yelled out to me.

"What ?" "Did you know Lina & Keenon are friends with benefits now ?"

"Bitch you lyin' " , I said .

"No I'm deadass . When you went to the pier they was flirting & shit . I don't know where she at now tho , but Keenon over there playing basketball with Justin & them."

"Alright fasho" , I said.  I walked over to him as calmly as I could cause I wasn't tryna go off in front of all these people. "Keenon !" , I called.

"Yeah !" , he called back .

"You & Lina friends with benefits now ?" He had a big ass smirk on his face , then replied with , "Yeah ."

"Alright that's all i needed to know ." As i turned to walk away Lina was in my sight . She looked as if she was surprised to me .

"So wassup" , I said , "you & Keenon fwb's , yet you knew me & him used to date . You're supposed to be my so called bestfriend , but you're doing stuff like this behind my back ."  

Lina said , "Me & him aren't even fwb's  I don't even like him . Where did you hear that ?"

"Shannon told me ."

"She lyin'."

"Yeah , whatever ." We both knew she was lying , but I decided to just let it go & keep it moving . I walked back up to Shannon & said , " Lina said she not fwb's with him even though I asked Keenon too & he admitted to it , but I'm not tripping . I don't understand what she had to lie for . 

*Mom - I'm here*

"Shannon I gotta go , my mom here . You still going to the Museum of Tolerance with us tomorrow ?" "Yeah ." "Fasho ." I walked outta school & got into the car with my mom dreading tomorrow because I knew Lina was going on that field trip .
