Chapter 5 : Hell Breaking Loose

Nichole POV - *2013*

        It's been a couple months & things with Lina have been going great . I knew I was about to fuck that shit up though . School was over & I saw Ashley sitting at a bench by herself . Ashley was Keenon's cousin & everybody hated this bitch . She talk way too damn much & she a liar , but whatever . I walked over to her & something was different . I guess she got her hair done & her shit was looong . I have a fetish for long hair & I don't know why . It's just mesmerizing to me .

"Wassup ugly ass ." She not ugly , but her ways make her ugly & it makes you not want to be around her . 

She made a stank ass face & said , "Nothing , what do you want ?"

"Damn , I can't say hello ?" 

 "Hi . What do you want ?"

"Nothing damn , you look nice ."

"Oh , do I ?" she said sarcastically .

"Yeah , you do . Why you over here by yourself ?"

"Maybe cause I wanna be myself ."

"Nah you don't wanna be . Lemme keep you company ." I sat closer to her completely conscious of what I was doing . 

"Um , sure I guess ." she said hesitant .

I laughed a lil bit , "It wasn't a question , I was gonna stay regardless ." I looked at her for a minute then my mouth moved before I could stop it & said , "You wanna go out with me ?"

I guess I brightened her whole day by asking that shit because she had this wide ass smile on her face & said , "Yes ."

I honestly didn't know she was like that but I got another one on the team . It took a while to sink in & finally realized what I did . Half of me cared & half of me didn't . We got up from the table & she put her arms around my neck & I put my hands on her waist . She looked at me for a minute like I changed her life & we walked back inside to the building

        A few weeks passed & I was still going out with both Lina & Ashley . I decided to tell Lina I was cheating on her . It had only been 3 months & I fucked up already . I texted her with no feeling of guilt .

Me - Babe 

Lina - Yeah baby

Me - Wyd

Lina - Babysitting , wyd

Me - Watching tv , how was your day

Lina - Bad . I had to watch these nappy headed ass kids . Hbu ?

Me - It was alright , I gotta tell you something .

Lina - Alright , what is it ?

Me - I cheated on you , I'm sorry .

        I don't know what she was doing on the other side of the line . I wonder if I hurt her , I mean we haven't even been going out that long . I hope she not crying on no bullshit like that , but i figured she was cause she took a while to reply back to me . It had to be at least 10 minutes before she responded back with :

Lina - With you .?

        I didn't want to tell her with who because it wasn't too long ago when Lina & Ashley were bestfriends . I knew she would be HOT since he hates her now . Ashley on the other hand knew I went out Lina , but I think she thought we broke up . I caused a whole lof of drama cause we all go to the same school .

Me - Ashley ..

        As I waited for her to reply I was thinking , "Damn , I fucked up ." She the type to cuss you out & keep it moving .

Lina - What ?! Are you serious Nichole .

Me - I'm sorry , it won't happen again I promise .

        I figured she was gonna be like "No , fuck that ." But to my surprise she said something unexpected . 

Lina - DON'T let it happen again . 

Me - I won't , I swear . I love you .

Lina - I love you more .

        I don't know whether I was telling the truth or not , but it was only a matter of time before I found out .

        It was lunch & I was sitting next to Ashley isolated from everybody else . We had to be far away cause I was still dating her . Lina didn't know & what she don't know won't hurt her .

Ashley was clingy as hell & I didn't like that shit at all . Plus her hair was naturally curly again so I wasn't attracted to her anymore . I know it's weird but straight hair makes her more attractive . She kept tryna be freaky with me & I wasn't feeling that at all . This girl was tryna take my clothes off in public , mind you we at school .

"Aye ! What are you doing ?"

"Nothing , but you're so sexy I want you right now ."

"What the hell ? You do realize we at school right ? I'm not even tryna get into all that , stop it ."

"No ."

I could see she was tryna kiss me so I got up as quickly as I could . "Whoa ! Um , I'ma go chill with my friends ight ? I'll see you later ." I left the conversation at that before she could go any further . I walked over to the table where everybody was at .

"Man , wassup y'all ? Sorry i took so long , I got held up in class ."

"Why it look like you ran over here ?" Lina asked me .

"Cause I did . I was tryna get some time to chill with y'all before the bell rang . I whispered in Lina's ear & asked "Did you tell them about the Ashley thing ?"

She said , "No , but I'ma beat that bitch ass ."

With that she got up & started looking for her . She started yelling asking where Ashley was . "Where that bitch at ?! Have you seen Ashley ? Where the fuck is that bitch at ?"

I ran to Ashley making sure Lina didn't see me cause I was the only one who knew where Ashley was at . I made sure that we were far away from everybody . When she was in sight she was tryna touch me again .

"Look we ain't got time for that ." I said . "Me & Lina still go out & she looking for you ."

"You didn't think I knew that ? I been knew that , but I don't care cause I want you to myself . As she was trying to take my clothes off again I heard Lina's voice approaching .

"Damn Ash , can you stop for one second ? I know you hear her . She wildin' & I need you to get outta here before she beat yo ass foreal ."

I knew Ashley wasn't a fighter & I was tryna prevent her from being embarrased . She understood , gathered all her things & left . I left too & went to go calm Lina down . 

"Babe can you chill for a minute ? It's not worth fighting her . You know you gone win ."

"I know that's why I wanna fight her ."

In the back of my mind all this was petty as fuck , but i was still tryna calm her down . "Listen to me ." I said . "Calm the fuck down . All this is not worth it . I said I wasn't gone cheat no more & I meant it . If you really loved me , you would let all this shit go ." I knew by saying that , that would calm her down . She eventually gave up & calmed her nerves . "Sit down ." I said . She listened & looked at me . "I love you & said I wasn't gone hurt you no more . Stop always letting these females get to you cause they not worth it . Alright ? I'm sorry , juss trust me on that ."

She looked down then back up at me . "Alright , I just don't wanna be hurt in the end ." 

"You won't be ." I lowkey liked the attention of them fighting over me , but nobody needed to know that .
