Chapter 10 : Dismissed

Nichole POV - *September 14th*

        I woke up this morning checking my phone . The last person I was talking to was Nast , but I didn't bother replying to her message . I texted Lina & told her goodmorning . I got my stuff together cause I was about to go over my auntie's house .

My mom was in Vegas so I needed somewhere to go . I wasn't about to stay home by myself for 3 long days . Once I got in the car I texted Lina all the way there . She wasn't talking about shit except what happened yesterday .I locked my screen & looked out the window the rest of the ride .

After about 30 minutes or so we pulled up & we got all my stuff out the car . We took it inside & my uncle & his girl socialized for a while before taking off . I went in to Mena's room & chilled . Her mom was in there & we were all watching Carrie .

I had never seen the movie before & it was good . Of course it wasn't the original , but it grasped attention . The whole time Lina was texting me . She was such a freak it was ridiculous . I was talking to Nast & Harmony too . I swear outta all these females I was feeling Harmony the most . I really couldn't put my finger on what made her so attractive . It was way more than looks that made me gravitate around her . I would figure it out eventually though .

        It was at least 10 o'clock now & Lina had went to sleep . I was still talking to Harmony & Nast though . Nast wasn't as bad as I thought she was . She could actually make me laugh , not like everybody else who couldn't . I felt my phone vibrate & I checked it .

Harmony - Do u like me ? Keep it a hundred 

Me - Yeah tbh

Harmony - Why didn't u just tell me ?

Me - I don't know , I fear rejection 

Harmony - Who said I was gonna rejectu ?

        I didn't have it in me to ask her if she liked me back . I planned on asking her later . Mena was next to me & I was barely talking to her cause I was so focused on replying back to these females .

"Aye guess what ." I said .

"What ?" she asked .

"I like this girl that go to my school ."

"What's her name ?" she asked .

"Harmony ."

"Lemme see a picture of her ."

I went on her instagram & showed her . "She's really pretty ." she said .

"I know ." I said smiling . She didn't even ask about Lina , she knew how shit worked by now . I was not faithful that girl . I couldn't be to save my own life . "Guess what else ." I said .

"What ?"

"You remember Nast from camp ?"

"Yeah ." she said .

"She like me ."

"How do you pull all these females without even trying ?"

I laughed , "It's a gift . I'ma player & I like to fuck around . It's not my fault though ."

She laughed , "If you say so ."I talked to Nast & Harmony for the rest of the night until I knocked out .

*Monday*

        I walked into class tired as fuck . I was not used to waking up at 6 in the morning for school . I was late everyday , but that didn't change the fact that I was still getting up too early . I sat in my assigned seat & waited for my baby to walk into class . When she finally did my face lit up . I smiled at her & she smiled back . Her smile just makes me smile . She was unexplainable & I liked that about her . She was a good catch . We were half way into the period & me & her were texting . I decided to ask if she like me today . I was curious to know & I didn't want to be the only one feeling like this .

Me - Do you like me ?

        She sent me the blood sign letting my know yeah . I looked at her , but she wasn't paying me no mind . I was smiling hard as fuck with no shame . I was really feeling shawty & I wanted to cuff her , but not just because . I actual wanted the chance to treat somebody right .

*Saturday*

        I woke up to a goodmorning text from Harmony . Nast texted me too , but I wasn't tripping off that . She was pissed that I didn't go to her little birthday party . Lina was there & that was a set up . I knew Nast was gone try to fuck with me while everyone was sleep too . I replied to both & waited for my replies . Nast was just going on bitching about how I didn't come .

Lina then texted me asking what I was doing . I said I was talking to a friend . A few minutes later Nast texted me asking the same thing . I knew it was an instant set up so I replied saying I was talking to my girlfriend . Truth be told I was tired of Lina & our relationship . I really didn't wanna be with her no more , but I knew her sensitive ass would've cried me a river . 

Nast - Wym talking to your girlfriend ?

Me - Juss what I said , talking to my girlfriend 

        It was prolly wrong to lie like that , but I mean I guess . After I sent that message shit went left . I noticed Lina never texted me back so I was more than sure Nast showed her everything I was saying to her . I was really waiting on my reply from baby girl & I finally received it .

Harmony - Wyd 

Me - Arguing with Lina & Nast 

Harmony - Why 

Me - Cause I told them about you 

        I think it was a mistake telling her that cause at the time I didn't know what she was capable of . She asked me to give her Nast's number & I did . Another mistake . She texted Nast saying I was her girl , I don't want Lina no more etc , etc . I mean she wasn't wrong about most of the shit but she went a little overboard . Nast finally decided she wanted to text me back .

Nast - You made her cry ..

        I wasn't worried about none of that . I was finally outta that relationship that I was barricaded in for a year . I wasn't in no rush start a new one , but I definitely wanted a shot at something new .
