Chapter 10

As we were driving the curiosity got to me... What was in store for me?

Ashton POV

The excitement builds up each second that passes by. I mean because Calum is going to have to go back to Austrailia pretty soon, and lately things have been pretty rough for him these last few days. I just really want to make his trip to Playlist very memorable. Hopefully he forgot that today is the last day of Playlist because if he didn't the suprise wouldn't be as amazing.

We arrived to the back entrance of the hotel that Playlist was taking place. As I helped him out the car (since he's blindfolded), I patiently waited for Finn. And let me tell you, he was taking an eternity. Finally through all the waiting he finally arrived.

I quickly grabbed my phone and texted him because you know, if we talked it would ruin the suprise.

Ashton: Aye mate thanks for doing this. I need you to take him to the main stage like before. Make sure you keep completely quiet, I want him to think it's me who he's with. I will make him wear an earbud so he can "hear my voice". All the youtubers that are here are already in position right, and so are the fans?

Finn: Yeah mate don't worry too much, now talk to him and do whatever thingy magigy you want.

Ashton: I owe you big time lol.

"So Cal, we're gonna start walking, put in this ear thing." I rushed kissing him on the cheek.

I mouthed the words "Thank you so freaking much Finn!", than hauled ass to the celeb seats and told the whole audience to stand. As far as I know they already know what to say and do.

"Cal don't worry it's nothing bad." I said into my tiny microphone.

"I would hope that it's not." Calum giggled.

Awe.

Suddenly I got deep into my thoughts. It's already been like a few days, yet i'm already so attached. I don't wanna say im "in love" yet because obviously it is way to soon for that. What am I suppose to do? I'm obviously still going to go to Austrailia to visit him, if I don't i'd probably go insane. But if I continue to do so i'm going to grow even more attached than I already am, and if that happens I won't be able to let go of him.

As Finn arrived that meant that Calum was into position. I suddenly got butterflies. Why am I so nervous? I always do things like this for people, just not people who make me feel like Calum does.

"Hey Calum, I need you to take off your blindfold on my countdown, okay?"

"Fine but if your scaring me i'm going to stick a dildo up your ass."

Oh my god, so violent.

"Yeah yeah whatever. Ready?"

"Ugh as ready as i'll ever be."

"Okay... 3... 2... 1..."

Calum POV

"3...2...1..."

I slowly removed the black tie from my face. I quickly saw alot of people, a whole arena full of people.

"SUPRISE!!"

What the actual fuck.

Wait, where's Ashton?

As I scan the audience a spotlight follows someone. Ashton suddenly appears with a microphone in his hand.

"So Calum, your gonna have to leave all of us in like in a day or so, and I wanted to make sure that your trip to Playlist was unforgettable. You know all of us are going to miss you, whether they even knew you or not, because they know for a fact that ever since I met you, I have been more happy than ever before. As far as I know you used to just have to look at my face through a computer or phone because we didn't even know eachother, and well, look where we are now. I'm so sorry you didn't get to spend every single day of Playlist but I mean hopefully I was enough." He said tearing up.

Shit i'm going to cry. A camera man handed me a microphone.

"Ashton, you shouldn't be the one saying all this, it should be me thanking you for helping me when I needed someone the most. You may think that you not taking me to the rest of my days at Playlist would be horrible, but honestly after everything that you and I have got to do, I would never have gone to Playlist instead of staying with you."

And right when I stopped talking, I already knew that I was growing attached to Ashton, fast, and maybe a little too fast.

After all the sentimental going away speeches, we moved it to a party room next door. There was drinks, a DJ, and some good ass music playing. For example in the moment that I now speak of the good music playing, of course one of my favorite songs decide to play. Chocolate by The 1975. Ashton came up to me and asked if I wanted to dance, and me being Calum, I couldn't help but say yes.

"Oh my god!" I screamed as I woke up.

"Cal what's wrong?" Ashton questioned while laughing.

"You would never believe the dream I just had about us."

"Yeah, but how did you enjoy the going away party? Gotta say I think I did pretty damn good, right babes."

What the hell?

Oh my! What has happened to Calum? What do yall think happened? Do you think he had a regular dream with flashbacks of the night before, or that he forgot? I love ya alottle.
