The noise both soft and loud,
The feeling both subtle and overwhelming.
Lights flickering,
Lightning strikes,
Wind whistling,
Mind racing like never before.
Water pours into a puddles into a lake into a raging ocean,
With waves bouncing from the floor to my head and back to you.
Now through screaming friends, laughter, and words of encouragement,
I send a small note,
Holding a tone of pure hope.
"Sounds great! I guess I'll see you then :D"
