The tower was a mess. Glass everywhere, holes in walls. It looked like a war broke lose. Stupid Hydra.
"We need to go somewhere where they don't know we'll be. Somewhere off the grid I guess." Maria says, tending to a cut on her arm.
Clint looks at me then starts to speak. "I've got somewhere we can go. Somewhere off the grid." I was shocked. I knew where he was meaning.
"Are you sure Clint?" I say, looking at him.
"If it will keep us safe until we take these people down then it is worth it Tasha." he says.
"Ok then. Pack what you need and meet in the jet." I say, getting up.
Everyone packed a small bag with clothes, their suit and their necessary weapons. We all piled in the quinjet and took off. I was in the front seat of the jet with Clint.
"I am actually excited to see their faces." Clint says. All I can do is smile. "Welp at least the kids get to see us again."
After about 30 minutes we land in an empty field. We all pile out and start walking up to the white house.
"What is this place?" Thor asked, as we walked up through to the porch.
"Safe house?" Tony said, looking around.
"Let's hope." Clint says, unlocking the door. "Laura I'm home."
Laura comes from the kitchen with paper and crayons in her hand. I turn around a little and smirked at the shocked faces.
"I've got company. Sorry we didn't call." Clint hugs his sister and turns around. "Everyone this is Laura."
"I know all your names." she says, putting the paper down.
"This is some sort of agent." Tony mumbles to the group, trying to figure out Laura's relations.
Suddenly we hear thundering down the stairs. "Oooo, incoming!" Clint says. This only draws a smile to my face as well as Laura's.
"Uncle Clint!" they cry, but not loud enough for everyone else to hear.
Clint picks up Lila and gives her a kiss on the cheek and gives Cooper a hug. "hey guys, oh my goodness. I've missed you."
Clint put's Lila down and she looks up at him. "Did you bring Auntie Nat."
I see Steve's head jerk up and look at me. I look at the girl and Clint move away, watching her face light up. She runs over to me. "Why don't you hug her and find out hain." I say, picking her up. She gives me a hug.
"Sorry for barging in on all of you like this." Steve says, being polite as usual.
"Yeah, we would have called a head. But we were busy having no idea you existed." Tony says. I roll my eyes and put Lila down.
"Yeah, Furry helped me put this together. It stayed off SHIELD's files. I'd like to keep it that way." Clint says.
"We don't have many rooms. Some of you might have to share." Laura says, sending the kids outside.
