Chapter 14

A'maya POV

Zzzzzzz zzzzzz

I woke up to my phone vibrating. I had 2 messages from Akadrian, 6 missed calls from Mike , & 10 missed calls from my mom. I called my mom back first.

Phone convo
Mom: Hey baby, I was calling to tell you that A'kadrian left this morning. He wanted me to tell you, because he didn't want to wake you up.

Me: lying ass😒 alright mom. I'm probably gonna chill at home today.

Mom: alright baby, see you when I get home.

I hung up the phone & layed back down. I kept replaying last night in my head. I still don't understand why he would go cheat on me like I don't have feelings. Iguess I'll wait until he calls me. If he really wanted to hear my voice, he has my number.

A'kadrian POV

I been out all last night with Destiney. We didn't really do nothing but chill & get high. It was chill, she kept me entertained while Maya was at home, but I just couldn't get my mind off Maya. Since my flight wasn't until 6, I decided to go to the courts & shoot around. I looked for an empty goal, & I found just that. I did a couple of warm up shots, but missed over half of them. I sat down on the bench to clear my mind.

I looked at my phone, and I have yet to have a missed call from Maya. I called her phone and it rung a couple of times before going to voicemail. I called again and it went straight to voicemail. I guess I'll just stop by 1 last time & apologize before I leave.
