"Mae. Maelyn! Wake up, we have to go!" Evangeline shakes viscously to tempt me to wake from comatose.

I finally find my eyes blinded by a flash of light.

"Bloody hell! Grace, is that necessary?" I complain while Grace is fooling around with random crystals she had picked up from a shop nearby. I warned her if she continues using up all the Dragots she has. We are broke.

"What? They are pretty! Come on you have to look at this one! Matches your house color." Grace's face had lit up with joy.

"Do you two find it odd that we have to get sorted again?" Evangeline questioned.

"Yeah. I mean look at us. Two Thunderbirds and a Pukwudgie. Don't understand the complicated concept of their houses. I mean we heard all the stories when we were young but Professor Kennedy tried explaining everything about Hogwarts again. I never paid attention." I went on nervous about changes.

Our families are close. Practically grew up together but we all have family over there. My uncle is Severus. Evangeline is cousins with the chosen one. Grace is the niece of Pomona Sprout.

My parents had serious shit go down when we were younger so we moved to America though they'd like us to escape back there. Evangeline has always dreamt of leaving Ilvermony to go to Hogwarts since she spent the holidays over there with Harry and his friends.

I'm not fond of change but I guess I'm sick of everything here. We have had forced tasks, challenging. Put our lives in danger with little time to enjoy our lives.

Grace stuffs as many of her crystals in her case as she can while Evangeline doesn't pack much. I packed way too much. We are escorted by our parents to the shop waiting to sail.

"Maelyn. We love you. You three will hopefully find yourselves better and make new memories. We will write to you when we can." My mother comforts while her arms tightly strangle my neck.

We bid our fair wells boarding with the blood orange sky reflects on the waters. You can see Grace's excitement burst inside of her as we start sailing.

"What happens if us three drift apart from each other? Everything is going to change." Evangeline worries.

"We won't. Stop being stupid. Only thing we should worry is how weird it'll be surrounded by people with accents." I joke but they didn't laugh. Maybe I should practice my accent?

~Diagon Ally~

Settled into our little manor we unpack. I haven't been here since I was very young. Dust collected and everything untouched and outdated.

I look around to find old pictures of me with my parents when I was only 9 years old. Crazy to think we up and left leaving so much behind to try and start fresh. Clearly that didn't work.

"I'd have to say your taste in style was not very great back then." Evangeline comments while invading my old room.

"Oh whatever. I call my parents old room." I shouted with excitement getting this huge manor to ourselves.

Redecorating every inch of the house taking down all the baby photos my parents had. 3 letters float in our faces falling on our heads.

Our acceptance of transfer letters.

Slamming the letter down from my face I scratch my head with confusion. "What is it?" Grace startled. "Is something wrong?" Evangeline adds.

"No no. Everything's ok but how are we supposed to find our way around? We nearly died finding our way to Diagon Ally." I complained.

"Mae. You forget I spend the holidays here. I know people." Evangeline reminded.

Evangeline started to frantically search all over the manor for a quill and paper like her life was on the line. Finally she stumbled across the two and started writing. Her owl Eliza landed on my head and took the letter Evangeline had written.

"There we go! Now we shall wait. Shouldn't take long at all." She shouts with excitement.

While we wait for a response us three run to the kitchen and attempt to cook making a complete mess and blasting music loud enough for America to even hear.

Loud knocking disturbs the party we were throwing.

"Mae go get the door now." Evangeline yells over the music while Grace is on her shoulders for whatever reason.

Opening the door a tall blonde guy is standing in front of me with a face of annoyance.

"Why hello there umm I'm guessing you're the stripper we ordered?" I joked completely not knowing why he's here.

"Umm no. I'm your neighbor. You guys are obnoxiously loud." He hissed.

"Is that Harry?!" Evangeline yelled with excitement running to the door dropping Grace on her back.

"Hey! I'm still a human, did you forget?!" Grace groaned.

"Oh it's you." Evangeline hissed then slams the door on his face with no explanation at all.

"Eve that was rude. You can't just slam doors on people who have bad attitudes. We've gone over this." I joked while she starts chasing me around the house seeming upset.

We all finally wound down and decided it was time for bed. Grace as the first one to fall asleep. Eve not quite. Not sure why her friends didn't come over. Maybe the letter got lost?
