Standing near the Christmas tree, I looked at the snow which was falling slowly making me reminded of her. Her who had belonged to me once, her who I had given my everything and who I had lost. I sighed looking at the star which was on the top of the Christmas tree. I closed my eyes and framed the winter kiss I had with my love...

                    (Past)

I was standing near the Christmas tree waiting for someone, whom I loved but never expressed my feelings for her. She was my crush for a long time.

So I got some courage and called her to meet me, I kept waiting for her.

After fifteen mins she arrived, smiling while looking straight into my eyes. I got more and more nervous as she came closer. She hugged me but I didn't hug her back as she pouted and asked "Why aren't you hugging me back?"

A smile formed on my face as I hugged her back tightly and decided to tell her what I felt for her. I pulled off and looked into her eyes which were shiny like a star. Clearing my throat I spoke. "Snow, I would like to confess something."

Snow smiled and asked, "Yeah Alex what is it?"

I was nervous and my heartbeat was going crazy but with all my courage I spoke "Snow, I know we were friends for a long time, but I couldn't help myself to fall for you." As I spoke, I closed my eyes waiting for her reply. I heard laughter while I opened my eyes and frowned.

I saw Snow laughing at me as she asked "You’re joking right? Hey please don't joke around like this."

I made a serious face and replied, "I am not joking Snow, I like you."

Snow was shocked and looked at me while asking, "Wait so you like me? So you weren't joking?" I nodded and sighed slowly. She replied in a soft voice, "Hey wait, I liked you too in the first place." My ears weren't ready to hear what she just confessed. We both looked into each other's eyes. It felt like a magical fantasy, we both came closer and closer while the frost started to fall.

I slowly looked at her lips which were red looking like sweet strawberries. She made her gaze down as our lips met each other. It felt like this was the only thing we needed for years. Our friendship indeed turned into love.

Our lips were marked as each other while we pulled off. Snow smiled and looked at me while pointing at the Christmas tree. I looked at it and laughed while I grabbed Snow's purse and ran.

"Catch me Snow!"

Snow was shocked but she ran quickly. "Ah! You little kid, give me my purse back".

Our chuckles were the only thing I would hear. As I opened my eyes, I sighed softly while I mumbled, "My Winter Kiss."
