I hate Kevin. At this point, I was ready to take his life. I mean who in the world sends their employees on vacations for 'business' when the company needs them?

Well, Kevin does, Right now I am in front of Snow's house and just waiting for her to open the door so we can leave as soon as possible.

I am not in a hurry but I just want us to be along for some time. It's fun when I am with her. Snow opened the door and placed her finger on my lip while softly saying "Don't you dare make a sound, Winter is sleeping and we better get going."

I nodded and got the handbags and suitcases out of the house quietly. We reached the car and packed it up quickly as we can. Snow said she would leave Winter with Dove which wasn't a big deal because Dove is more like a second mother to Winter.

I agreed to 1-week trip when Kevin was trying to convince me to 1-month trip! Sometimes I wonder who made him our boss. (Gotta respect him tho)

After a drive of 15 minutes, the sour silence was broken by Snow asking if I would like to date any other girl again.
I hate these topics and tried to avoid them by asking if she wants to eat. Snow is a foodie so of course she said yes. We pulled over to McDonald's and got some fries and coffee.

I looked and her and said "Don't yell at me, Snow. I will be shaking my coffee the way you hate it." She rolled her eyes and said, "Dude chill, I am not your girlfriend now."

"My ex-girlfriend now."
"Yup."

I asked, "How does it feel?"
"Feel what?"
"Being a single mother."
I shouldn't have brought up this topic but my lips were forced to. She sighed and looked at me saying "Look, it's complicated and you might not even sleep for days."

I sipped my coffee "Do you think if he was there, it would be better?"
Her face was now pale as I held her hand and said "I am sorry, I just shouldn't have asked you that."

She fake laughed which was very clear to me, "Well, It's okay. You're curious about it. It would have been the same I guess."

I didn't want to talk about this more as we got up and went towards the car.
She suddenly asked, "Wait where are we going again?" I sighed and said, "It's a surprise for you but not for me."
She chuckled and made a cute face asking "PLEASE LET ME KNOWWW."

I made a disgusting face while trying to not cringe. She changed her mood and said, "Sorry, mood changes."
"I have seen more worst than this one, trust me."
"Other girls?"
"No god, your mood swings aren't even swings anymore. There are normal for me. You like to eat chocolate after coffee, hot water 3 times a day and exercise lesser because of the pain. You even hug your favorite soft toy because it feels good and I am pretty sure Winter sleeps with you and that soft toy of yours."

She gasped and said "How do you still remember that? And it's not a soft toy, it has a name. It's Mr.Gino."
I laughed while turning right and said "So Mr.Gino right?"
"Yes"
"He isn't even real."

She pouted and said in a baby voice "He is, you're just jealous of him."
"Why will I even be jealous?."
"Cause he can sleep with me every day and you cannot."

I stopped the car with a brake due to which our body got jerked off a little. Snow started to scream "What the heck Alex?? U cannot sleep with me that's why you stopped the car? What are u jealous of a soft toy?? You're still a baby. MEN ARE SUCH BABIES"

Totally was jealous of that soft toy but that wasn't the reason I stopped the car. I pointed at the front, Snow's eyes were about to fall off. It was a little puppy in the middle of the road and I didn't want to run over it. I sighed and get off the car quickly and went towards the puppy.

It had brown fur and had lost one leg. I felt really bad and picked him up, surprisingly trusting humans was easy for that little guy. Oops let's not assume genders, I quickly checked and I was right. It's a little baby boy there.

His tail wiggled and was barking when Snow looked at him and said "Hey baby, aren't you such a cutie?" I am totally surprised how Snow can change moods in just 0.1 seconds.

Well, the puppy required attention so we need to find a shelter home for him. Snow played with him in the car while I was in search of shelter. Gosh, why I am not married to this woman yet?
