The stands are already extremely filled when I arrive. But I luckily still manage to save myself a spot by the railing. I place my arms on top of the metal.

My eyes immediately wander down to the Quidditch field. No hint of the quidditch players yet. Plenty of overcrowded stands are surrounding the field, with eager fans waiting.

The three Gryffindors next to me are waving their house flag, screaming around.

I continue to stare down at the field, hoping to finally spot Draco.

Draco and I originally had this one tradition. Before every single one of his Quidditch games, I had to give him a kiss on the cheek. We had basically turned this into a routine..

I was just looking for him a few minutes earlier to finally apologise..

But I hadn't found him.

And now I am hoping to be able to send him one last smile before the game would be starting. It would at least be something.

Suddenly both, the Slytherin Quidditch team and the Gryffindor Quidditch team start walking out.

Everyone begins screaming and cheering. Everyone cheers and cheers, while I am trying to get my best friend to look at me.

The captains of each teams are walking on their fronts. Of course the only think that is facing me, is their backs.

As the players come to stand, they already start holding out their brooms. People around me start cheering louder. I get more desperate.

I keep looking at Draco.
Then he suddenly  turns around.
I see Draco turning around and searching trough the stands. Then his eyes find mine and the world seems to go slower.
I smile. He smiles back...and the match begins.

The players begin flying up, take on their positions, and start racing.

In the blink of an eye, Gryffindor has already scored the first goal and half of the school shrills in delight. I see Harry up in the air, smiling widely and I start clapping.

And so the next minutes pass on, letting everyone watch nervously, on their edges.

I frown as Gryffindor hits another goal.
Students scream up again.

I look up at the sky but there is no hint of any of the two seekers anymore. People keep focusing on the scoring goals, as I turn to do the same again.

Then Gryffindor hits another time.
"What the fuck?! Where is Malfoy?" I hear a few Slytherins curse behind me. Then everyone goes into silent mode and starts gasping.

Draco and Harry shoot down from the sky, together chasing one thing. The golden snitch.

Both of them race after it and everyone begins cheering on their seekers.
Both on the same length, fly up and down on their brooms. Left and right.
The crowd is going wild.

Suddenly the snitch makes a hasty turn up. Draco is fast. Harry too slow.
And so Draco shoots up. He catches the ball and every single  Slytherins goes mad.

People shoot up and scream. They cheer and scream, and I try to get out of the stand.  The game is over now and I have to get to Draco as fast as possible, before everyone else is going to start crowding him.

I make my way down. People still scream their happiness out of their lungs and I smile by the tone. Slytherin had won. Our house had won.

My feet suddenly hit wet grass. It started raining. I ignore it. The the only thing I can think about is Draco right now.

I start walking. Quidditch players start making their ways back to their changing rooms as they pass me. Draco isn't among them.

I try to look trough the strong windy rain.
And that's when I see him. At the end of the field. He seems to be shaking his wet hair, when he then looks up and sees me too.

I hold a hand over my eyes to see clearer.
He smiles at me. I start walking faster.
I walk and I walk, until I hit the speed of jogging.

I jog into direction of him and so he begins walking. Closing the distance more and more.

Everyone is still in the stands that are towering over us. I don't seem to care.

I finally reach Draco, and when I do, I wrap my arms around his neck as tight as possible. I hear him chuckling as he holds me steady.

"I see" I hear him mutter after a while.
"But haven't you forgotten something?"
I smile even if knowing he can't see it.

"I'm sorry, Draco. You were right. I didn't want it to sound like I was blaming you"
I mumble against his shoulder, still keeping my arms around his neck.
I lean into him. "Really" I promise.

He pulls back, to look me in the eyes. He caresses my cheek  "Hey it's alright" he says, gliding his thump over my skin.

"But there's actually another thing you have forgotten" He says. Question marks start appearing inside of me and I send him a confused look "My kiss" he nudges me with his shoulder.

I get on my tiptoes and he leans down.
I place my lips on his cheek and he smirks in pleasure.

"Come on now" He intertwines our fingers and leads me off the field.
