Chapter 12. Nothin but cuddlin

Paige's POV

I opened my eyes and I was in a room I never saw before. My head hurt like crazy. I sat up and saw Carl run over to me.

" your finally awake! How are you feeling?" He asked.

" My head hurts. What happened?" I asked and he sat down my me.

" Well you tried to get my dad off of Pete but he elbowed you in the stomach and you fell back and hit your head on the ground. My dad started yelled crap and Michonne punched him and completely knocked him out. But he's okay." He said and I smiled.

" But before all that I was going to ask you something...." He trailed off and I took his hand in mine.

" Will you be my girlfriend again?" He asked and I smiled.

" Yes." He leaned down and kissed me and I smiled into the kiss. Maggie walked in and we pulled away.

" They said you can leave whenever you want Paige. Carl take care of her. She had a nasty hit." She said and he nodded. I was still in the same clothes at yesterday. Carl helped me up and we were almost out the door.

" Wait. Can I see your dad?" I asked and he nodded and pointed to the room. I walked in and saw he was talking to Michonne.

" How Ya feeling rick?" I asked and he looked at me.

" Horrible. But Paige I'm sorry I pushed you. Are you alright?" He asked and I nodded.

" I'm fine, we'll get better soon." I said and left. Carl's wrapped his arm around my waist as we walked to the house.

When we got there I went upstairs and changed into some sweat pants and one of carls shirts. It was light blue and the ends were dark blue, but it was really comfortable. I walked downstairs and he was siting on the couch. I sat next to him and leaned my head on his shoulder.

" What do you wanna do today?" He asked and I sighed.

" Cuddle." Was all I said. He laid down and I laid on top f him with my head on his chest.

" I love you." He said and kissed my head.

" I love you too." I mumbled. We just laid there in silence. It wasn't an awkward silence, it was just silent.

" Does your head feel okay?" He asked and I nodded.

" Hows Lizzy, Mika, Judith and my dad?" I asked. We switched positions where he was siting int he corner of the couch and I was sitting on His lap with my head in the crook of his neck.

" Their all fine. Daryl was worried about you tho." He said and I sighed. I looked up at him.

" Will you take me over there to see him?" I asked and he smiled.

" Of course." We got up and I slipped on my converse and we walked next door. Daryl was sitting in the porch no when he saw me and ran up to em and gave me a hug.

" Im glad your okay." He said and let me go.

" I'm fine dad." I said and grabbed Carl's hand.

" Don't hurt her ever again. But if she's happy again I guess that's all that matters." Dad said to Carl and he nodded.

" I promise." Said Carl and he nodded. We walked back over to the house and continued our cuddle session. But this time Carl was laying on the side with his head in the crook of my neck.

" I'm a jerk for hurting you like that. I promise I'll never do that again." He said and sat up. I sat on his lap facing him.

" I know. But your my jerk" I said and he smiled. I kissed his lips and he put his hands on my waist. I pulled away and laid my head back on his chest.

" You need to eat. Are you hungry?" He asked and I smiled.

" I'd thought you'd never ask." I said and jumped off his lap. When he stood up I jumped up and wrapped my legs around his waist as he carried me Into the kitchen like a baby. He set me on the counter but my legs was still wrapped around his waist.

" Let go so I can get you food." He chuckled and I kissed him.

" Okay, but only for food." I said and he shook his head and laughed. I love how we can just lay around and eat all day like the world hasn't gone to crap!

He turned around with coco puffs on his hand and I nodded. He poured them In a bowl and handed them to me.

" Thanks baby." I said and kissed his cheek.

" You missed." He whined and I giggled and pecked his lips.

We went back and sat down on the couch. He started reading a comic book so I scooted close to him. He put his arm around me and opened his mouth. I put a piece of cereal in it and he smiled.

" What would I do without you." He said and looked at me.

" Starve to death cause you can't feel yourself?" I asked and he laughed.

" I would go crazy without you. I love you." He said.

" I love you too." I said he kissed the tip of my nose than my lips. He went back to reading his comic while I just laid there . I didn't mind as long as we were together.

I don't know what I'd do if Daryl never found me that day. I would of never met Carl. That would suck cause I am completely in love with him and no one will ever get me to change my mind. He is the one I want to spend the rest of my life with. Im For sure if it. I just love him so much.
