𓆙☠︎︎☹︎
(Whole chapter)The fire continued to eat away everything, licking and nibbling at Ranboos horns and his knees as he ran through the fire.
"Tubbo!" He yelled out, turning and darting away from falling panels and pushing unhinged doors away.
"Ranboo no!" Tubbo called back out, trying to shove him away.
"No! I'm not leaving you!" He called, hugging the out of breath Tubbo.
The fire continued to set aflame everything near, causing the two to back away into one of the offices; noting it had been the same room Mr Halo and taken him in a month ago.
"You could have been safe!" Tubbo yelled, hugging Ranboo.
"And you would have died!" He screams back, pulling him closer and away from the flames at the door.
The shouts and screams only grew louder in the room, even though no one had been near besides the flames themselves.
Maybe it had been the all those people that the fire had killed speaking to them all, or maybe it was their friends yelling for their safety; the noise was too loud and the heat too hot to even start to think about the cause of the voices."I couldn't leave you," Ranboo mutters, holding him as tight as he could manage without making it overly obvious that he knew they where going to die.
"Well, at least we'll die together" Tubbo gave a sad smile, the noise of the alarm seemed to get blocked out by the sad song in their hearts, they didn't care about the flames; nor their friends behind the fire wall, not even themselves. They only cared about not letting the other be alone in this world, it's not one nor the other; it's together forever.
That's what it means to be married.
A scream sounded from the room behind them, banging on the wall.
"Ranboo!" It called."Tubbo!" Another screamed, yet it was from the right side of them.
"We can hear you!" Ranboo called back, slamming his hands on the wall that had called him, whilst Tubbo did the same for the on that called for him.
They slammed, smashed and yelled for the walls breakage; all whilst that sea of flames began to eat at the doorway.
"Hurry!" Tubbo called, looking over at the flames.
"We almost got it!" Both of the walls had started to break, Ranboo and Tubbo looking at eachother as more cracks formed in the walls, almost able to fit a hand inside some of the holes made.
"Come with us!" Ranboo had called.
"They want you, not me!" Tubbo had shook his head, holding Ranboos hand and lifting it to his chest.
"No, I want you!" He had called back, pulling and hugging Tubbo closer so they stood in the centre whilst the flames eat their backs and peices of the walls fell to their chests. "I don't want to loose you"
Tubbo and Ranboo looked at eachother, yet still unable to keep eye contact; at least not for long.
"I can't loose you"And the walls broke.
They turned to their walls, Ranboo to the left and Tubbo to the right.
Mr Hyde, Henry, Tommy and even the child that he had saved stood on the other side; shoveling away and breaking a larger gap for Ranboo to go through.
Yet Tubbo wasn't so lucky. Mr Halo stood on the other side of his wall; pointing at him whilst other guards slammed poles and other things into the wall to destroy it.
They moved in unison; away from eachother yet their hands still twined together until they had to take someone else's to help them out of the room.
And there it was, the beginning of the lonely days of not knowing what was next.
