Izuku's phone was ringing during dinner so he had to excuse himself from the table to take the call when he saw that Katsuki was calling him."Hey, Kacchan. What's up?"
"I got in," he could hear the smirk on his oldest friend's face right now even through the phone.
"You got into UA?!" Izuku replied with growing excitement as he registered the words that Kacchan said, "Yes! I knew you would. I had no doubt in my mind."
"So what about you, did you get results from the shitty school you applied to yet? It was online, right?"
"My letter actually came in today as well," Izuku answered, his eyes trailing over the two acceptance letters. One for the normal school that he would attend online and one from the UA General Education course. "I was accepted."
"Good. Now we can leave that shitty school behind."
"Yep. Yep," Izuku responded awkwardly, grazing his fingers against the UA acceptance letter. "Can't wait to get my new life going with the new high school. And hey, maybe I can beat some of your grades."
"Ha, you wish," Bakugo fired back over the phone. "Got to go. I need to finish up some chores the hag is making me do."
"Alright, bye Kacchan."
"See ya later, nerd," Bakugo replied before ending the call. Izuku looked down at the phone.
"Oh, I can't wait to see your face when I show up," Izuku said to himself. The smile froze on his face." Hopefully you don't punch me as soon as you see me."

Izuku was grinning as he walked up to the school gate of UA. The gates were huge with the ultra secure walls surrounding the school making it look somewhat threatening when he passed through. He practically slipped along the street as he passed by new students who were anxious to get to their classrooms as soon as they could.
Instead of heading straight to his new classroom, Izuku stopped right at the entrance arch of the school to wait for his friend to show up. Bakugo had already shown off his new uniform to him when he went to visit his house the other day. So all he had to do was wait for a blonde boy with a unique walk to show up without a tie.
And it wasn't long until he could see Bakugo Katsuki striding up to the gate with no care in the world for the new students around him.
Bakugo pauses when he sees him, like he was taking a double take about who exactly was waiting for him at the gate wearing the same uniform as him. His mouth dropped open slightly before frowning at him, "Are you shitting me?"
"Kacchan, I made it!" Izuku smirked happily, wanting to desperately capture his expression on photo and regretting he didn't have his phone pulled out.
"You fucker, you didn't tell me you tested to get into here!"
"It was a surprise," Izuku defended before letting a tired smile spread across his face. The students passing by paid them no mind as they headed straight for the doors to find their classroom before the bell. "And now, all the other classmates from our old school can cry about how I made it into the number one hero school with you."
"Hah," Bakugo barked out, walking ahead of Izuku as he trailed right next to him. Bakugo's expression cracked into a smirk as he reflected back on those extras from their boring middle school. They weren't even close to being on UA level. "No other extra from that dumbass school could ever make it close to coming here."
Bakugo glanced over to him, "So, you in the Hero course?"
"No, I went with the General Education," Izuku replied, turning around on his heel to start walking backwards.
