Why does this always have to happen to me? Why just fucking why?
You thought to yourself as you tighten your grip on your legs and cried into them
A week after you had confessed to Roderich, Elizabeta had told you that he was in love with her. You hated when this happened. This had already happened with your last crush Gilbert. It hurt like hell but you had to put on a façade so no one would feel pity about you. Months had passed already and you hated having to watch them be all lovey-dovey with each other. Seeing them smiling with eachother, how he cared so much about her, how he confessed his love for her infront of the entire classroom, it hurt like a motherfucker. Elizabeta, who felt bad about everything, told you time and time again, that he had no interest in him, but you could see that she liked him as well. You hated having to always be the third wheel, so you tried to be as far away from them as possible. Right now you were in the classroom sitting in a corner, sobbing into your legs because you had to just let it all out.
Dammit I am such an idiot...
At that moment someone entered the classroom, so you tried to get closer to the wall to hide yourself
"_________, are you in here, chica?" Your friend, Antonio, said as he closed the door
You were glad it was not Elizabeta or Roderich.
"I'm over here" you said sniffling
He walked towards you and sat infront of you
"Whats wrong?"
"N-Nothing"
"You're lying, you never come here when you're happy, you come here to cry or be alone, I know you" he said
You just tightened the grip on your legs and didn't answer.
"Is it because of Elizabeta and Roderich again?" He said
You just nodded
You felt him shuffle then two strong arms embrace you
"Its gonna be ok, chica, someday you will find the right guy, solo espera (just wait)" he said trying to comfort you
You hugged him back and cried into his shoulder
"Why can't guys be more caring like you, Toni?"
He just sighed and hugged you tightly

The next day, you decided to not even talk to Elizabeta, you spent the rest of the day with Antonio and no one else. He made you feel better and made you smile though he was acting a bit strange today... when you laughed a light pink blush dusted his cheeks and when you made a pervert joke he would get flustered, which was strange since he never did act this way around you before.
You and Antonio where now walking down the halls after the last bell had rang and you saw Roderich and Elizabeta talking. Out of curiosity you went towards where the were and hid behind a wall. You told Antonio to go outside and to wait for you.
"Roderich, Just STOP, I dont like you!!! Stop acting like I am your girlfriend, its weird and uncomfortable" Elizabeta said as she walked away
You couldnt help but start laughing, but your cover was blown because Roderich was now right infront of you.
