"I'm late, i'm late, i'm late, SHIT IM LATE" I said as I ran to my bestfriends house. Today our favorite show was having a marathon on tv and we agreed to meet up at his house and watch it together. It was about to start and i was freaking late.
I knocked on his door like crazy until he opened up.
"YOU'RE LATE"
"I FUCKING KNOW"
We ran to the living room and as soon as we got there it was starting so i dive bombed into the couch and took of my jacket, revealing a red shirt with a gold star in the middle.
Alfres had one similar to mine.
It started and we started singing the theme.
"WE...." Alfred sang.
"ARE THE CRYSTAL GEMS" I sang with him.
"WE'LL ALWAYS SAVE THE DAY. AND IF YOU THINK WE CANT,WE'LL ALWAYS FIND A WAY, THATS WHY THE PEOPLE OF THIS WORLD BELIEVE IN..." We sang together.
"GARNET" I said
"AMETHYST" Alfred sang in a higher voice.
"AND PEARL"
"AND STEVEN" Alfred said excitedly.
"What the bloody hell are you two doing?" Arthur said from the doorway.
"Singing the Steven Universe theme song, duh" Alfred said.
"You both are soo excited about a silly cartoon?"
"A silly cartoon?" Both me and Alfred said in unison as we glared at the brit.
"Its not just a cartoon, its an inspiring story about an alien race known as gems and a human who is half human half gem that is trying to find his place in the world" Alfred said in a serious tone.
"Whatever" and with that Arthur left us to our show.
"Oh look all its a new episode!" I said excitedly. "Sworn to the sword, That sound interesting".
The episode went by as Steven and Connie sang which me and Alfred found freaking adorable. The a part in where Pearl and Connie are practicing sword fighting starts and Pearl starts singing as me and Alfred start squeal

The song ended and we were still squealing and screaming and internally sobbing. The episode soon ended.
"HOLY LLAMA BALLS THAT WAS AMAZING!" I said excitedly.
"FUCK YEAH IT WAS!" Alfred said. "Oh wait I remembered I had a surprise for you!"
"Really?! Gimme gimme gimme!!!"
"Give me a sec, its in the kitchen" he got up and walked towards the kitchen. A few moments later he arrived with a tray.
"Here it is" he said as he showed me what was in the try.
"HOLY SHIT, COOKIE CAT" I said as i grabbed one of the cat shaped ice cream sandwiches. "Alfie, did you make these?!"
"Well kinda, I got a little help from Francis"
"I freaking love you right now!" I said as I hugged him.
"Come on lets keep watching the marathon" he said as we sat back down on the couch and kept watching while eating our ice cream sandwiches.
Arthur walked through the living room for a moment to get a book from the bookshelf. We heard him mumbling something, so we put the tv on mute to listen.
"You do it for her..." he sang and we screamed.
"OH MY GOD, YOU ARE PEARL" we said in unison
"SHUT UP MORONS, ITS YOUR FAULT I HAVE THAT SONG STUCK IN MY HEAD" he said with his face red from embarrasment. he walked out of the livingroom with his book in hand and we started laughing.
"I really love coming to your house"
