It was a usual day at the world conference. France and England were fighting, Prussia was screaming about how "awesome" he is, Spain was flirting, Germany was screaming at Italy and you were completely bored out of your mind
You felt someone poke you in the side which made you flinch, when you looked up it was Alfred
"Dudette, you seem kinda down, whats up?" He said with a worried expression
"I'm just soo freaking bored Alfie, i wish someone would say something cool instead of just fighting like morons" you said as you dropped your head back to the table which caused a loud thud
At that moment Romania raised his hand to speak, everyone kept fighting
At that moment you snapped
"EVERYONE SHUT THE HELL UP AND LET ROMANIA TALK GOD DAMNIT"
everyone stood up straight as they said "yes m'am" in their native language and they sat down
"Thank you ________" said Romania as he smiled at you
"Vell vhat I vas going to say is that I have an idea, since Halloween is near, vhy don't ve have a party and a costume competition? It could really be a good chance to have fun instead of fighting all the time" Romania said
Your face lit up at the idea of a costume competition, you were a cosplayer (Thanks to Japan) and making costumes was your specialty
"I think its an awesome idea, but i also think we should have a theme and categories for the costume competition! Any ideas for a theme" You said and everyone was completely silent, except for an excited american who stood up as quickly as possible and shouted
"DISNEY MOVIES" Alfred shouted happily as everyone shrugged except for Italy who was completely spaced out
"Disney movies it is then" you said smiling at Alfred
"There will be three categories Single, Pairs and Group, does everyone agree?" You said as the countries all nodded in aggrement
"Good, i hope you all do your best, meeting over" you said and the countries all proceeded to leave the building
Before you could leave you felt someone grab your wrist when you looked back you saw it was Alfred with an amost unnoticeable blush on his face
"Ummmm, __________, i was wondering... do you wanna be my partner for the costume competition?" He said while looking at you
"Sure Alfie I would love to" you said which made Alfred soo happy he grabbed you by the waist and gave you a tight hug, you started to blush
"REALLY? YESS! THANKS DUDETTE" and with that he ran off
"That dork" you smiled at yourself and left.

It was the day of the party and you were pretty nervous, the party was being held at Romanias mansion, the ballroom was beautifully decorated with orange and black and many Halloween themed decorations, right now you and Alfred were backstage at the large stage that was in back of the ballroom, Alfred and Yourself had agreed to dress as Genderbent Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, you wore your hair in a pony tail and the exact same clothes as the character in the movie, Alfred wore a shirt similar to Rapunzels dress and light purple pants, he wore contacts instead of his usual glasses and he had frying pan in his hand too
You heard Belgium speak
"HELLO EVERYONE, WELCOME TO THE FIRST ANNUAL COSTUME COMPETITION"
Those who werent competing were in the crowd cheering, even the 2p's were there, you had invited them and they promised they wouldnt do anything bad and that they would try to get along with the 1ps for once.
