"So how did this happen," the doctor asked going over the notes on his clipboard. This isn't a situation where you can just easily say that an infamous killer threw a knife at you. I turn to look at Jaemin for something, but he avoids my gaze.

"Uhh, I fell?" Out of the corner of my eye, I can see Jeno shake his head in disbelief, while the doctor stares at us all confused.

"Ok, well let's try not to fall on knives anymore," he says while narrowing his eyes at me. I nod while giving a thin lip smile.

"This is the medicine you have to take, Also you need to stay off your feet for two days," The doctor says while handing me the medicine.

"You're also gonna need someone to stay with you to ensure nothing happens," He says. While he is leaving I can see him shaking his head in disbelief.

"You fell?" Jaemin teases as he helps me to my feet.

"I didn't know what to say" I glare at him.

"Yep, because falling is totally how people end up with stab wounds," Jeno says adding to the teasing.

Once we got back to the car Jeno and Jaemin were quick to say how they were gonna be so busy for the next couple of days. Do they think I'm stupid? It's because they had a little vacation planned for themselves.

"Whose supposed to help me then?" I ask as Jeno begins to pull out of the parking lot.

"The doctor said I can't be on my feet for two days"

"It's gonna be fine, we've already called a friend to see if he can help," Jaemin said with a reassuring smile.

"Who is this 'friend'," I ask curiously.

"It's only Renjun, I know you've been wanting to spend time with him" My face froze. I know it's only Renjun to him but, cute, sweet, innocent Renjun, doesn't feel cute and innocent anymore. Everything is just too weird when it comes to him. I excluded him because he's just too cute and I thought he wasn't Chinese. This all can't be a coincidence, he is exactly how the lady described the killer to be. Cute but Evil.

Not to mention the ringtone I heard in my house once I called him. The CHU killer was also way too familiar. I don't want him in my house, but I also can't keep asking them to help me. I'm sure they want their alone time. Even if Renjun was the CHU killer, he wouldn't kill me, he said so himself. Maybe I can use these two days to figure out if he is the killer, he doesn't even know that I suspect him.

"Okay," I say confidently but deep down inside I was nervous, I don't want my suspicions to be true.

After the twenty-minute car ride, we finally pull up the apartment building. It was to my surprise that Renjun was already there waiting. They didn't tell me he was coming tonight. As we approach him I can't help but feel like I need to put on a fake smile, and something was telling me he was doing the same.

"Haechan what happened," He said as he hurriedly approached me. I could see a quick glint of regret on his face, but it was gone in an instant, almost as if I was hallucinating.

"I fell" I mumbled as I look away from his gaze.

"That must have been a pretty bad fall," he said, but there was something about the way he said it that made me feel uneasy. Maybe I'm just making things up.

We all enter the apartment and stand in the messy living room awkwardly.

"Ok Jaemin and I are gonna go now" Jeno said looking at me waiting for a look of approval. I nod my head in response. Renjun began to walk deeper into the house staring at the mess around him.
