∾'𝒢ikwang...' he breathed, blinking as his eyes met the vampire. His silhouette was dark in the golden light, but Yeosang was used to seeing him in the dark, and for some reason, he felt his heart tugging just by looking at him...
He tried to sit up straighter, but he winced as something in his side pulled, and trying to keep his eyes on him, he watched with his lips slightly parted as the Strigoi made his way over, nodding at the Kitsune as though he already knew him...
'Yunho,' Gikwang said, plainly acknowledging his existence and paying little to no attention to where Jongho was tucked into his tails, hiding...
'Lee,' Yunho replied, nodding. 'Where's Seonghwa?'
'He couldn't make it. He had a situation at home with his cub that he had to take care of. He told me to extend to you his apologies.'
Yunho nodded, but that was all he saw, before the vampire walked over and crouched down before him. Those dark eyes studied him, not speaking a word as they dragged over every inch of his body, and somehow it seemed different to every other time he could remember them looking at him...

Gikwang nodded slowly, still staring at him with such intense eyes...
'Thank you... For not letting them kill me...'
The vampire said nothing, instead opting to reach up and pull the neck of the tunic evenly around his shoulders from where it had slipped down on one side, exposing his collarbone and pale skin. Those dark eyes considered him long, agonising moments, making him itch to know what he was thinking...
But eventually, the Strigoi shook his head like he was ridding himself of those very thoughts. 'Are you comfortable with my bite, or would you prefer to wait for Seonghwa's?' he asked.
He almost laughed. 'Are you asking me if I don't want you to bite me?'
He nodded, as though that was a fair question to have presented.
'You have bitten me before...' he said, lips falling apart a little... It felt strange to say whilst stone cold sober... It was true though. Gikwang had bitten him many times, in many different places over his body, each as dizzying as the one before...
