Mya had been moved to the long term ward after the first week. Which brought a lot more entertaining aspects to it.

"As I say, I always love my fans," Lockhart would always sit down in the chair next to her bed. His leg crossed over his knee as he explained whatever fantasy he had come up with on how his life was before he lost all his memories. "I know you must want another autographed picture of me, but I must limit them, even for such a big fan as yourself."

Mya would hum along, sometimes when she was bored she would play along with him. But on days like this one, she wished she could walk away. But her body was immobile at this point, she felt like a mummy with all the bandages on her.

There was an incident a couple of days ago when she just tried to stretch her stiff arm out and the bandage popped off. Needless to say, blood went everywhere and they were taking more precautions now.

This bed though could move up, so at least she wasn't laying down every minute of the day. And her arms were propped up on some pillows to give her the illusion that she had some movement every day.

"I must say, you really are such an amazing fan," Lockhart chuckled. "You must be my number one fan."

Mya looked at the doorway to see Fred walking in with a paper bag, she sent him a pleading look.

"Hey, Lockhart," Fred placed his hand on the man's shoulder. "I think it's time to end this meet and greet. Don't want to give your fans everything, right?"

"You are absolutely correct!" Lockhart stood up from his seat. "You really are a marvelous assistant, Robert."

"Always here to help," Fred saluted Lockhart as he walked back over to his bed. He chuckled, shaking his head before taking Lockhart's seat.

"Did you bring it?" Mya's face lit up.

"I did," Fred held up the bag.

"Give me, give me, give me," Mya's hands made a grabbing motion, the best she could do in her position.

"Hold on, be patient," Fred opened the bag, pulling out the most gorgeous chocolate chip cookie Mya had ever seen in her life. "Okay, stay still," He brought the cookie up to her lips, letting her take a bite.

Mya moaned at the sugar she had been so neglected of in here. Hospital food was never good at all, even at Saint Mungo's.

"Was it good?" Fred chuckled at her reaction.

"So good," Mya leaned her head forward taking another bite. "You know... this may be the best... cookie I've ever eaten in my life."

"Talking with your mouth full," Fred tutted. "Not very ladylike of you."

Mya stuck her tongue out at him.

Fred grinned, standing up a bit as he wiped his thumb under her lips to get the remaining chocolate off of her. For some odd reason, he could only seem to find her more attractive with everything she did.
