Lea pulled the black shirt over her head, trying to find some sort of relaxation in this stressful day. But there was nothing easy about what she had to do today. Her eyes moved down to the dark mark taking over her whole left forearm. Her fingers lightly stroked across it. It didn't hurt as much to touch anymore, it felt like a dull hurt now.

Draco stepped up behind her as she stood looking in the mirror. He already had most of his suit on, minus the jacket. He noticed her looking at her Mark, so with his own left hand, he took hold of her's. Pulling it out of her sight.

"You didn't have to volunteer to do this," Draco hated that she was going out there.

"I have to be there," Lea didn't like it, just as much as him. "I still have to prove myself here. Killing Dumbledore wasn't enough, I still have to assure him that I am on his side."

"I should be going with you," Draco looked into her blue eyes through the mirror. "I need to be there with you."

"No," Lea turned around quickly, placing her hands on his chest. "No, you need to be here. You don't have to go, you're safe here. And I'll be safe out there and back home with you tonight."

"I love sharing a bed with my wife," Draco kissed her gently. "And I have special plans for you tomorrow."

"Yeah, like what?" Lea smirked, moving her arms to circle around his neck. Pulling him in closer to her.

"Lot's of fun things," Draco ghosted his lips over hers.

And just when they were about to kiss again, a loud knock came at the door. "Let's go!"

Lea rolled her eyes, pulling away from Draco. But he pulled her right back towards him, making sure he got a proper goodbye kiss from her. "I love you."

"I love you too," Le ran her hand down his arm, squeezing his hand before she let go. She picked up her black robe off the back of the desk chair, slipping her arms through it before pulling the hood over her head. The long robe fell all the way down to her feet, giving her the illusion that she didn't have a shape to her body at all.

Looking over her shoulder, she tried to give him a reassuring smile as she left, but that seemed too hard to do. So instead, she turned around and left, shutting the door behind her.

Draco and her had been living in complete bliss for the past month. Having a secret wedding felt very romantic to her, like they were in a bubble filled with their own love. She even moved into his bedroom, something his parents didn't seem to approve up. Even if they never said it out loud, they didn't approve of Draco being with someone of Lea's status. She could tell by the way they'd look at her or subtly said things.

But it didn't matter if they didn't approve of her, because she was getting someone's approval. And not in a good way.

Voldemort had taken a special liking to her. He allowed her to come to all the meetings, even sometimes asking her direct question about her thoughts. It's why she ended up being signed up for this task tonight. She knew what Voldemort was playing at, he was trying to push her to see just how willing she was to bend the knee to someone.
