D-day had arrived. Or more appropriately, D-night.

No matter how much they had practically studied and memorized this day, step by step, the fear washing over them felt paralyzing.

Today had been a particularly bad day at Hogwarts, all the Death Eaters were amped up and taking it out on the students. Lea was terrified of just how ruthless they had been acting, having to assure herself that they did not know. But the burning sensation in her arm... he wasn't calling them, but he was pissed as hell.

Lea stopped walking down the hall to grab her arm, hissing in pain. She rolled up her sleeve to look down at it. It was a deep black, he was growing angrier by the second. And moving closer.

She didn't know how to explain it but there were different ways that the mark would hurt her. And each unique way would tell her something different.

Her eyes peered out the window. The Dementors had once again been guests at Hogwarts for the year, but lately, they had been growing in numbers.

Everything made her move faster to the Phoenix statue.

"Sopophorous bean," Lea spoke the password quickly.

She hurried up the stairs, not even waiting for them to fully get to the top. Throwing the door open. Snape was sitting at his desk, leaned back, stuck inside his own mind.

"He's coming," Snape however noticed Lea walking closer to him. "Potter was spotted in Hogsmeade. I assume you knew."

"I need you to give this to him," Lea ignored what he said, pulling a vile out of her pocket and putting it down on the desk. "If something happens to me, give this to Harry. It will explain everything he needs to know."

Snape reached forward, picking the vile up. "Memories... now why would you be giving your twin brother your memories."

Lea stood there in shock. Not once this year, even when the memory charm had been lifted, had Snape said anything about who she really was. "How did you-"

"You look exactly like her," Snape spoke in a soft voice, still looking at the memories. "Anyone with half a brain would have been able to spot the resemblance the second you came here. Fidelius Charm or not, you're exactly like her."

"I'm nothing like Lily," Lea felt pain in her heart even thinking about her biological mother who she believed would have never approved of what she was doing.

"Your mother risked everything for you and your brother, for the ones she loved," Snape looked over at her and it was the first time Lea was seeing it, but there was so much sadness in his eyes. "That's exactly something your mother would do."

"Just give him that, you'll know when," Lea gulped down the pain. "It's the only thing I have ever asked you to do."

"I'll do it," Snape assured her. "As long as you don't do anything stupid in order for me to give this to him."
